I order a strawberry refresher with light lemonade and extra base. Other Starbucks’ locations always fail in this where they make my drink way too sweet. These baristas make my refresher perfectly. They are also very kind. I started doing mobile orders and when I go to pick up my drink, it always has sweet little messages on it. I highly recommend coming here.

Manager Katie makes the place!
She is by far the friendliest and best professional I have ever seen at any Starbucks in the many years I have gone to Starbucks all over the country!!
She should be in charge of nationwide training for Starbucks!

A day without my Starbucks from Tinley Park just isn’t complete! I’ve been a loyal Starbucks lover for over 15 years, and this location is hands-down the best. I go out of my way one to two times a day – and yes, I literally drive out of my way just to see my buddies, especially Katie here. They already know my name and my order, which makes it makes every visit feel personal. Consistent, friendly, and always a perfect cup. Love me my Baristas!

My worst Starbucks experience thus far. Ordered 3 drinks, 1 bakery item, and 1 sandwich. We pulled up to the window, there was no greeting and she didnt tell me my total; she just stood there staring at me as I presented my phone for purchase. She handed me my items, again completely silent. As I grabbed my drink I was forced to take it by grabbing it from the top due to how she was holding it and my top wasn’t on all the way so it spilled a little, no biggie it happens so I didn’t say anything. I grabbed my daughter’s drink and it was a MESS. Thinking it was just spillage from when they poured it in, I again didn’t complain, but I asked for napkins. She clearly knew it leaked because she grabbed a rag to wipe her own hands then seemed annoyed that I asked for napkins. No thank you or have a nice day before I drove off, I even said thank you and she was completely silent. As I pulled away, my daughter was wiping her cup but it just kept pouring out. The cup was cracked all along the side. I pulled into park and brought the cup inside irritated so I can have a replacement. While there was only 1 customer sitting in the cafe, there were about 5 employees and they were all working on orders, the baristas are usually talking, engaging with one another… it was DEAD SILENT, so weird but no crime here I guess, it was just massively awkward. The sweet gentleman working on orders addressed me immediately and apologized and started working on my new drink. He was kind and swift so he alone bumps up my rating. Drinking our beverages though, they are rather tasteless and nothing like they normally are at other locations. I’ll happily avoid this location and will drive a bit further to have a much better experience in the future

Sure I arrived late, but 5 mins till you close is still 5 mins. The lady working drive through horrible customer service, zero emotional intelligence, just negative customer service skills. If this how this location runs the operations then however I will not come back and I will keep saying all I just did to others so hopefully it effects them for being that abrasive and for what not wanting to make a lattee 5 mins before closing

They people here don't listen then blame you as if you didn't tell them specifically what you wanted.

I asked for a Carmel ribbon crunch with light ice and no whipped cream at the bottom. I later realized they gave me about 3/4 of the cup whipped cream, the drink had no ice in the coffee drink and about 1 cm of caramel at the bottom. I mistakenly called the wrong Starbucks to replace it and when I arrived at the drive thru I was told, “I don’t know what your talking about and no one works here by that name.” I went inside to explain what happened and the manager asked me for a receipt, if I had one on the app and said she needed to look the order up because I had neither. She found the order and told me, “we’ll do it this time but for future references if you’re on your way somewhere you can stop at another Starbucks and exchange the drink so they can remake it for you.” Her questioning me and making comments was very insulting considering I tried to prove several times this was an honest incident. She should have just replaced the drink without the back and fourth. No one wants to pay $7 for a cup of whipped cream and be treated rudely when asked to kindly remake it.

Its a 50/50 chance they get your mobile order correct. Didn't know reading a label was so hard. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

All the Starbucks workers were yelling at us and I payed 7$ for a drink and all I got was ice. The employees were rude and rolling their eyes at me when I was ordering.
