Wow, they couldn't even get the size right...

I asked for a Carmel ribbon crunch with light ice and no whipped cream at the bottom. I later realized they gave me about 3/4 of the cup whipped cream, the drink had no ice in the coffee drink and about 1 cm of caramel at the bottom. I mistakenly called the wrong Starbucks to replace it and when I arrived at the drive thru I was told, “I don’t know what your talking about and no one works here by that name.” I went inside to explain what happened and the manager asked me for a receipt, if I had one on the app and said she needed to look the order up because I had neither. She found the order and told me, “we’ll do it this time but for future references if you’re on your way somewhere you can stop at another Starbucks and exchange the drink so they can remake it for you.” Her questioning me and making comments was very insulting considering I tried to prove several times this was an honest incident. She should have just replaced the drink without the back and fourth. No one wants to pay $7 for a cup of whipped cream and be treated rudely when asked to kindly remake it.

All the Starbucks workers were yelling at us and I payed 7$ for a drink and all I got was ice. The employees were rude and rolling their eyes at me when I was ordering.

my drink was entirely filled with ice. Employees were rude and rolling eyes. my friend leaned on the counter, and the manager yelled at her twice for leaning on it. before that the lady who was taking our order got fed up, even though we did nothing and went to go get her manager. then a kinder employee took our order. i do not recommend this place at all. do not come here.

paid $7 for a drink it was filled to the brim with ice when I asked for light ice servers were really rude yelled at us to get our hands off the table server rolled her eyes at me don’t come here. Food was rock hard.

The manager was rude, unaccomodating, and dismissive. She didn't know how to process a transaction and rather than admitting she didn't understand how to she just lied to my face. Ridiculous.

I am a Starbucks lover, and go to a variety of locations. This specific location in the area is probably the worst. Their staff acts like they don't want to be there everytime I go. This is a customer service job, if you didn't want it, why did you choose to be there? They are also probably one of the slowest moving starbucks locations I have ever been to. This is unfortunate for the company. There is a guy who works at this location who is incredibly sweet, he is the only reason for this review. I wish I knew his name, but his back must ache from carrying the weight of everyone else.

Went here on a Thursday after work around 430 PM. Another customer and I waited about 10 minutes in the drive thru....nobody answered. No signs up saying they were closed. No signs on the front door. Peered inside the window to find an INCREDIBLY filthy store with drinks left on the counter, trashes full and nobody inside. What a waste of my time. The lady in front of me was kind enough to tell all the cars waiting that nobody was working. I don't know what on earth happened to Starbucks. I used to work here for 7 years...it used to be a company focused on customer care, quality and integrity; and special people focused on community and creativity. Now it's over-priced, poorly run, filled with employees who could genuinely care LESS. I don't know if this was someone's way of quitting...but DO NOT take it out on the customers. We are the ones paying your pay check after all. Today's working society is truly just...awful- it's NOT EVEN working. Starbucks, something's gotta change.

It’s sad when you’ve come to a store because you like the energy and one instance a worker catching an attitude over a stopper for my drink after just asking for it since she messed up in my drink was pretty uncalled for.

This is only the third time that I got coffee /tea from here and same experience, extremely rude stuff and I literally had 1/4 of coffee in my cup. It can’t be a coincidence all three times. The girls at the window are extremely rude. They don’t even say hello, they say nothing. in fact, they go out of their way to be mean.

Through the drive through I ordered a Macha green tea Latta and it was not made right it was horrible, I couldn't drink it. When I tried to call the store (several time's) I only got busy signals. I very unhappy ?

So this all started at 5:30am this morning when I placed my order to the wrong Starbucks location. I would like to preface that this was entirely my fault and I acknowledge that. I wanted to order it for here, instead I selected a different Starbucks on La Grange.I arrived at the window and we soon realized I ordered it to the wrong location. The nice woman in the drive through told me to pull around to show her the order confirmation and she would make it for me. Keep in mind it’s 5:35am at this point and I am the ONLY PERSON in line.I get to the window and I sit there for while because I was told they would be willing to make it for me anyway. I was met with this other older woman (who wasn’t the one from the drive through) and she was the crankiest lady possible. She was rude, she refused to honor my drink order, she and told me I need to go drive all the way over to where I ordered it to get my drink. This order was placed for Mokena too :( . I very nicely asked if there’s any way she could just make it for me since it’s already paid for and she tells me no. My order was just one caramel iced coffee with milk, and again I’m the ONLY PERSON there. I very nicely complied and left.I did end up driving to the Mokena location to get my coffee because I paid $5 for a coffee, I want to actually get to drink it. Overall this was my fault, but they handled it horribly and told me they would help me, but lied and refused. Ruined my morning and I ended up being a bit late for work too. A little kindness could have gone a long way here, but this lady was just too stubborn/lazy to make my drink. Don’t go here early in the morning.
