Through the drive through I ordered a Macha green tea Latta and it was not made right it was horrible, I couldn't drink it. When I tried to call the store (several time's) I only got busy signals. I very unhappy ?

So this all started at 5:30am this morning when I placed my order to the wrong Starbucks location. I would like to preface that this was entirely my fault and I acknowledge that. I wanted to order it for here, instead I selected a different Starbucks on La Grange.I arrived at the window and we soon realized I ordered it to the wrong location. The nice woman in the drive through told me to pull around to show her the order confirmation and she would make it for me. Keep in mind it’s 5:35am at this point and I am the ONLY PERSON in line.I get to the window and I sit there for while because I was told they would be willing to make it for me anyway. I was met with this other older woman (who wasn’t the one from the drive through) and she was the crankiest lady possible. She was rude, she refused to honor my drink order, she and told me I need to go drive all the way over to where I ordered it to get my drink. This order was placed for Mokena too :( . I very nicely asked if there’s any way she could just make it for me since it’s already paid for and she tells me no. My order was just one caramel iced coffee with milk, and again I’m the ONLY PERSON there. I very nicely complied and left.I did end up driving to the Mokena location to get my coffee because I paid $5 for a coffee, I want to actually get to drink it. Overall this was my fault, but they handled it horribly and told me they would help me, but lied and refused. Ruined my morning and I ended up being a bit late for work too. A little kindness could have gone a long way here, but this lady was just too stubborn/lazy to make my drink. Don’t go here early in the morning.

Love Starbucks!! This was the location inside Jewel. Friendly staff! Great Latte! I'm not a big fan of all things pumpkin, but they have an apple crisp drink that looks enticing! Their juice (?) machine wasn't working. But I'll try next time!Parking: It's in a Jewel Store. Big lot. But all depends on how crowded Jewel is! Try to park on the "Jewel" side/side of building, as Starbucks is by that entrance, not the Osco side. There's usually spaces on that side of building rather than in front of store.

.I placed a large order ahead. When I arrived to pick it up absolutely no one acknowledged me. When I finally got help everyone I came in contact with was very rude. I was missing my drink but didn't have time to wait anymore. Because I didn't have my phone they didn't refund me. I have tried to call the store several times and it goes to a busy signal. Because I pre-ordered, I also pre-paid and left a tip. I would have never done that if I would have known what poor service I was going to receive. I want a refund for the items I didn't receive.

I had a great customer experience when I went trough the drive thru!! The workers in particular is the reason what made the experience so memorable. I will definitely be going back and not just because I have a mild addition that is equivalent to heroin. Ethan and Sabi were great barista‘s and made my drink perfectly.

The worst Starbucks I've ever had, got a pumpkin spice frappe and it tastes like water and a tiny bit of coffee. Not a hint of flavor once so ever. Complete

This is only the third time that I got coffee /tea from here and same experience, extremely rude stuff and I literally had 1/4 of coffee in my cup. It can’t be a coincidence all three times. The girls at the window are extremely rude. They don’t even say hello, they say nothing. in fact, they go out of their way to be mean.

I placed a mobile order but it send to the wrong location and the barister told me to go to that location to up my drink and that it's not possible for her to make me the same drink even thought I have the recipe. So i had to go out of my way to pick up my drink and late to work.
