Bitcoin Burger was👍 good! The only reason I'm giving it three stars. Otherwise dining room had a lot of tables that wasn't wiped down and they wasn't busy. staff had no customer service skills whatsoever. And everyone seemed confused when you ask a question. They didn't even know what size drink comes with a meal. I'm assuming they wasn't well trained. I definitely will come back to Steak and Shake but just not to this location.

Just experienced the second time being asked to pull forward and them forgetting to bring me my order. I went inside after I saw 4 others receive their orders and saw the gentleman remember all of a sudden. The manager is polite, she called me after the last time this happened but at this point I won’t be coming back.

ordered a double steakburger and shake. by the time i got my burger my shake had melted and i got a single instead of what i ordered.

Last time I went here in person took about 30 min for the food and then almost forgot a shake and reminded them and then got home and two fries were missing. Just ordered tonight through uber eats and waited for over an hour and food was ice cold. The burgers had no condiments and no toppings. Ordered three large fries and was only given one and was barely filled. Also ordered a strawberry shake and it came frozen solid. Seems like the other reviews on this location say about the same thing.
Michelle is wonderful! Amazing customer service and probably the friendliest person I’ve met. Check this location out if you want great service and freshly made food to order!
