Great restaurant, my boyfriend and I always visit at least once a week. The staff is super kind, and gets to know their frequent visitors. They are never afraid to strike up a conversation with customers- new or old. Extremely friendly staff. In particular, there's an aunt and niece who I see every time that make our experience awesome. They keep the store very neat and orderly. I have never had a bad sandwich here. They fill it to the brink of explosion every time, and take their time properly layering every ingredient. I don't understand the bad reviews I've read at all, it is an incredible business with incredible staff. Thank you!!

Don't order online for this location. They just do whatever they want. Sub not toasted, wrong cheese, no extra tomato.

At the cash register the person didn't tell me how much I owed, she just stood there looking at me. So I gave her some money and she still just looked at me and didn't say anything. So I gave her another five, which was apparently enough because she then set my change on the counter and didn't say thank you. I know she speaks English, even only as a second language, because she had to keep interpreting to the other employees behind the counter who couldn't understand the customers waiting in line and trying to communicate with them what they would like on their sandwich.

My 1st time at this location. Disappointed with the service. I got a 6" tuna sub, barely any tuna at all. Ordered a foot long cold cut sub, said not toasted, she put in the toaster oven......
