I'm waiting for my Togo order at Texas Roadhouse in Tinley Park, the restaurant was super busy and some people had minor complaints but the hostesses Angelique and Megan were very very nice and professional, they were super awesome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thank you ladies for making my Valentines day very pleasant.

OMG, I came here for the first time a few weeks ago with some friends. The food was delicious, our server was amazing and the atmosphere was chilled. After the visit all I could think about was those rolls. So, I came back yesterday and was not disappointed. The food was great, the server was great and the atmosphere was chilled. Those hot rolls with the cinnamon butter were amazing. This time I had an alcoholic beverage and it was just right not too strong, not too weak.

The steak was a little bit burnt and lacked flavor.They need to make sure that they clean the grille properly so that it isn't charred. And the complimentary bread was undercooked.It used to be years ago where it was cooked thoroughly, and now for some reason, it seems like it's doughish.

This was especially surprising since I’ve always associated Texas Roadhouse with consistency and great food. The experience left me genuinely disappointed, especially considering the price point and anticipation for a good meal.
I wanted to share this feedback directly because I know how much pride your team takes in quality and customer satisfaction. I’d really appreciate if someone could reach out regarding this experience — I’d love to give Texas Roadhouse another try, but this visit didn’t reflect the standard I know your brand stands for.

The service was outstanding !!!! I accidentally put my wrong number for the wait list and Cathy was so accommodating, she gave me no problem and had me seated right away. The manager Enrique came to check on us which made us feel comforting because it’s not everyday you see the manager . Our server was Ethan and he was so attentive , I felt as if my 8oz ny strip was a little unseasoned and he immediately tried to replace it( I just added more salt& pepper, easy fix) . The rolls never miss of course, I also had some shrimp and a baked potato which was delicious.

Every steak I’ve had here has been cooked perfectly to order — juicy, flavorful, and seasoned just right. The Dallas filet, ribeye, and New York strip are all excellent cuts, and you can tell they take real pride in grilling everything just how you like it. The ribs fall right off the bone, the chicken critters are crispy and tender, and even the side dishes (especially the loaded mashed potatoes and baked sweet potato) are fantastic. Everything tastes fresh, hot, and made with care, which says a lot for a busy steakhouse.

I stopped in here for dinner while in the area. It was busy, but the food was good and the service was great. I enjoyed ordering my dinner without the continuous upsell from the waitress that you get with most of these Texas Roadhouses. The pay at the table is a little inconvenient if you want a paper receipt. They need a different system when it comes to this. Other restaurants offer paper receipts at their kiosks.
