What a gem of an ice cream shop! I was so impressed with the service there, specifically the older gentleman who took my family's order. I want to give him a shoutout for being exceptionally sweet to my daughter and making it a wonderful family outing. My wife personally enjoyed the soft serve which reminded her of her childhood! You can tell that he truly cares for his customers, and tries his best to create a fun family atmosphere. The soft serve was exceptional, and I truly cannot recommend this place enough. Old man screams at children when he can't understand their orders. Guy can barely hear a word and gets very angry and aggressive when he makes at mistake.

Old man who runs this place screamed at a 7yo child to leave and slammed the window in her face because he messed up her order. Thanks for teaching my daughter the world has miserable people like you.

The service was horrible. I'm going to take it as the person taking orders could not hear me. Asked for 2 small twist cones and small twist in a cup with fudge and was charged $17. I went to the second window to try to get someone else's attention but the older man came to the window said I didn't know what I wanted when I came up to the window. I said sir that isn't true. He made a mistake and put me down for another cup originally I never ask for. When I asked him the price on the cup he got flustered and said that he can take it all back and give me my money back. My youngest son was already almost finished at this point. I told him sir I'm not asking that you're misunderstanding what I'm asking, he said maybe I am and shut the window. First time I've had a negative interaction with anyone there. I probably won't be returning. As well as being overcharged. Wasn't worth him embarrassing me because I had a question. When he said a small twist was 3.95 when it wasn't. It wasn't the point of the money but the way he was approached the situation because he couldn't hear.
