Wonderful service! Bread and water on the table in minutes! Drinks came out fast as well as our appetizer. Soup or salad followed with ample time to finish. Entrees came hot and perfectly cooked. The scallops are amazing! We shared carrot cake with 4 people and still took some home! A wonderful dinner and experience!

When we arrived, the electricity was an issue, which they did not let us know about until I asked them to turn the AC down. It was very warm on a 90° plus day. We would have appreciated being told when we arrived so we could have made other plans. It came back on while we were eating. The waitress wasn't unfriendly but neither was she friendly. The food was good as always!

The food was good but not great especially for the price. We had a super fantastic server named Candy. She made our first time visit wonderful and we appreciated her attentiveness and humor. Her service was exceptional.

We had a great experience. Joel is an incredible server and the Hawaiian black salt wagyu (every cut) is phenomenal. Never get rid of the au gratin potatoes.

We ordered the peach sidecar and old fashioned to drink. I had the wedge salad, bone in ribeye- medium rare with potatoes au gratin, mac n cheese and broccolini and my fiance had the scallops and oysters. Everything was delicious. The service was slow. We did go on a Friday but our server may have been overwhelmed since it looked like she had all but 2 tables in our section. When we checked in the host did say they were a little backed up. This is my 4th time dining here and this was the worst it had ever been. To be fair, I've been here on days that aren't as busy too. The food and drinks are always good. I would recommend having a reservation and maybe go on a Sunday thru Thursday for the first time.

I have never had an issue with my ribeye, but I was informed this time it was the way it was cut, it was way to thick, not enough fat, to me when the manager came over ( and she is so wonderful!) I said it looked like a NY strip . Otherwise I always enjoy going there. One time out of 40 plus isn't to bad I would say!!!!

Food was very good and delicious but, my prime rib had a lot of fat, way more than normal. I mentioned it to the server and she said prime rib comes that way! My Significant other told please don't complain, so I just left it alone. Very nice and elegant restaurant though. I will go again . Desserts are really good !

Very disappointed that they're charging you $120 for 2 Crab legs .... 1 pound now cost you $120 when you use to get 1.5 pounds... extremely dissatisfied and not worth it... I ordered the Crab and lobster pasta instead and had 95% Pasta and 5% Crab & Lobster... I've been a customer here for years and was very underwhelmed with the food and choices to reduce the portions and charge you the same price. I won't be back anytime soon if at all. My Husband had to send his steak back because they made it medium rare instead of medium well.

Perfect from the beginning to the end! Everything was timed perfectly and not rushed like so so many places these days! Patricia is an excellent waitress! The food is delicious and loved the cocktails too! Definitely save room for the cobbler! Amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Primal cut was very great to me and my girlfriend. It was our first time going there. Our Waiter made us feel very comfortable and was thoroughly explaining the menu. The food was outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

Food at Primal solid as always, from the fried green tomatoes apps, to the mains of crab-stuffed shrimp, Parmesan pork chop, and the crab cake app with soup. Ambiance is fine, too. What disappointed me this time was service. Our server was perfectly capable and nice enough except for the big hurry to put in an order for food right as she took our drink order. We were only seated for 5 mins at that time. I know the restaurant had a limit of 2 hours but that was ridiculous. When I shared that we needed a few minutes to look at the menu, she gave us exactly 3 minutes before coming by again and standing at our table until we placed an order. When the app came, just 7 mins later, we were catching up and just started discussing entree options. Our server asked again about the entree, and I asked if we could have five more minutes. That's when we were told there was a table limit of 2 hours. Again, I've been a longtime customer and understand that but at that time we had not yet been seated for more than 30 minutes. This was incredibly troubling, and for my dad, who is sight impaired, and likes to have the menu read to him, it takes just a bit longer to order. We would have appreciated a bit more patience, especially on Fathers Day. The restaurant was not at all crowded and many tables were open. Again, I would have liked to provided a higher rating but the service just missed the mark. Even with the 18% gratuity already added on, I added an extra 2% for the service itself which I would assume is shared with the table bussing staff, yet it did seem we were not welcomed to stay by our server even with our allocated time window, and that is truly a disappointment.

Service was slow and honestly a mediocre steak at best. Inside was the correct temperature but was burnt to shreds. Only reason I rated a 2 star was French onion soup was good. Do not go, to much money for what you get.
