At 2:40 in the morning, the website and store hours on the window say they are still open. The drive-through recording is still offering for you to make an order. The Wendy’s employee had the lights off and was lazy sitting in the dining room area. I made a mobile order my mobile order was accepted, but nobody was making it. I have several photos and video of your employee lounging on the job before the restaurant was even closed. Please make this right.
I have been known to forget things. Today, I forgot my wallet at home. It’s ok though cause I have a MasterCard in my phone. Stopped at Wendy’s for a bite. When I went to pay, Apple Pay is not accepted. Only Samsung. After apologizing for wasting the young lady’s time I turned to leave. She said, “Wait. It’s on us...”

The last time I was here was several months ago during summer. it was so cold I started to shiver. So I stayed away. Today with my winter coat on. i started to shiver again it was so cold. Food gets cold faster. slow service too.
