They are very slow. This happened to me today — when I went into the store to pick up my order, they told me it would take 10 minutes. After waiting more than 15 minutes, I asked what was going on. The first employee told me it would take another 10 minutes, so I asked her why she didn’t value my time since she had already told me 10 minutes at the beginning. Then the manager stepped in, and they started talking in another language, I think it was Hindi. After that, he told me the order would take 30 minutes to be ready, and if I didn’t like it, I could cancel it — he said it in a very disrespectful way.

Went to pick up an order in the morning of 10/07/2025 and the lady said it would take 5-10 minutes. More like 20. I waited while she started preparing the food in the back, keep in mind this was an order placed online so she should have started working on it before I came in. She also had a very nasty attitude and when I went to the soda machine for my drink it was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. Also there was no ice and when I asked her about it she said they have no ice. Terrible place to eat.

No wonder India is the filthiest country in the world. Hygiene is a crime there, and the problem is many times (some, not all of course), the people bring the unhygienic culture & practices with them wherever they go. This Wingstop location needs major overhaul..but clearly the Health Department & corporate Wingstop don't care so long as they're making their money - rendering their values null! Disgraceful..🤢

I ordered online and came to pick up. They claimed to be out of chicken and the pop machine was down and said they didn’t understand because they don’t speak English and could not give me a refund on my order. Never coming back to this location. It was also very dirty inside the empty store.

Ordered 60.00 worth of wings. Came home and everybody had their wings but me. Tried to call and tell them my husband was coming back for my missing wings and they don’t answer the phone sat on hold for 20 min before sending him to get my damn wings. Horrible and the meals sold came with drinks but they only had 5 of the 20 flavors of drinks . Very disappointed and will not be coming back

Ordered from DoorDash and the chicken was raw. After all the food poisoning reports, I wasn’t going to take any chances and I requested a refund and forwarded this photo to DoorDash customer service. They processed my refund immediately and even gave me some DoorDash credits. Considering this location’s awful customer service, maybe they could learn a thing or two from DoorDash and stop treating their customers like crap.
