We should have left after the waitress glared at us when we asked if we needed to be seated. We sat ourselves and waited for 15 minutes. No one came to take our order so we had to go to the bar and order through the bartender. When the waitress brought our order, she put our food down and walked away. We had to find our own silverware and salt and pepper at the waitresses station. We also had to go to the bar again and ask for water and a second drink. Honestly, I have never had service like that ever. It was very disappointing and we will not be back.

stopped here today 10/26. waited 20 or more for meal. wife got the wrong item it was more then 15 more minutes before we could get the attention of a server. was told it would be another 15 or 20 minutes to get what she ordered

Waited 20 minutes just to get a menu and drinks (soda). Then another 20 minutes to order all food. Which was as simple a chicken wrap plain with just chicken bacon and cheese and a menu cheese burger with no changes. Waited over an hour for food to come out. Then my order was wrong with chicken, lettuce, tomato, Buffalo sauce and no bacon. Asked for the bill and bartender was rude. Then obviously did not tip due to the long wait for simple food and it being completely wrong. As we walked out our waitress stated “really”.

The burger was very good. The fries were just okay. They were not hot and seemed like maybe they had been redropped. The fried pickles were not very good at all. They were tough and almost no pickle flavor.
