I am unable to rate the service, the atmosphere nor the food with any stars ⭐️. My parents and I arrived and patiently waited to be seated. When seated we ordered our drinks of which arrived at the table in a timely manner along with the chips and salsa. Unfortunately we ordered our food with our server and waited while watching other tables, of whom arrived an hour after us ordering ,receiving their food, one by one. We asked the server why it was taking so long and why we had not received any of our orders while they served all the later tables their food. He said it’s on its way. We waited another 5 min, that’s and hour and 5 min for food, and we all finally decided to pay for our drinks and leave. The manager didn’t even bother to apologize nor comp our drinks for the horrendous service, inconvenience and inconsideration. My Father is a diabetic and we told them this they didn’t care. We left and are never going back. You lost our business Mexico on Main. We were regulars. Not anymore. Really bad customer service and experience all together. We will pass the word around.
