My family eats at Monicals very often. Tonight was the first time I had a problem. I waited well over an hour for my pizza. When I called just to check the status I was told he had just left and then the little girl hung up on me. Maybe better phone etiquette? Didn’t appreciate the late pizza (things happen I know) and then the rude child on the other end of the line.

Best Monical’s location hands down and great pizza but even better service. It’s a Tuscola staple and a must go to when in town for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend the lunch special personal pizza with a salad and drink.

The Monical's salad dressing, known as Monical's Sweet & Tart, is a must-have, especially for salads or pizza. Despite a chaotic dinner rush, the manager went above and beyond to fix mistakes made by a trainee waitress. Monical's is known for the best breadsticks and exceptional service. The family pleaser remains a great value, and the pizzas are tasty without being too heavy. A personal 8” pizza with unique toppings like hamburger, onions, and green olives, paired with a garden salad, offers a filling and reasonably priced meal. While the service may dip during off-peak hours, overall, Monical's provides a good dining experience. The staff impresses with their speed and customer service, making it a must-visit when in Tuscola.
