My family eats at Monicals very often. Tonight was the first time I had a problem. I waited well over an hour for my pizza. When I called just to check the status I was told he had just left and then the little girl hung up on me. Maybe better phone etiquette? Didn’t appreciate the late pizza (things happen I know) and then the rude child on the other end of the line.
Old school pizza place offers an excellent value with friendly service. The pizza and salad were top quality and very delicious.

Despite a chaotic dinner rush, the manager went above and beyond to fix mistakes made by a trainee waitress. Monical's is known for the best breadsticks and exceptional service. The family pleaser remains a great value, and the pizzas are tasty without being too heavy. A personal 8” pizza with unique toppings like hamburger, onions, and green olives, paired with a garden salad, offers a filling and reasonably priced meal. While the service may dip during off-peak hours, overall, Monical's provides a good dining experience. The staff impresses with their speed and customer service, making it a must-visit when in Tuscola.
