really not sure what the issue is with this location, but you should be prepared to spend at least 20 minutes in line regardless of the length. every morning the line is backed up to the street, so be prepared to wait 30-40 min in the morning. not worth it.

I visited 7 Brew recently and walked away feeling disrespected and unwelcome. The staff were rude and dismissive, and the way I was treated made me feel I was being singled out because I’m Black. My questions were brushed off, my order wasn’t taken with the same courtesy I saw given to others, and basic customer service was missing from start to finish.
This is my honest account of what happened to me, and it matters because people deserve to be treated with dignity when spending their money. Black customers, please take note: until management addresses the behavior at this location and implements real accountability and anti-bias training, I cannot recommend going here. There are plenty of other coffee spots that show respect to everyone who walks up.
I hope 7 Brew leadership reads this and takes action. A sincere apology, staff retraining, and better oversight would go a long way. But as of now, I won’t be back.

Omg! This is my new favorite coffee shop when I'm in town. Fast and friendly drive through with two lanes and explained their selection for us being our first time. Much better than other large chain coffee shops.

The quality of customer service has gone down SEVERELY since they opened. Each visit is more of an annoyance than anything. The kids working today cared more about their friends who came to order drinks than the other patrons in line. Beyond excited to have Dutch Bros coming nearby so we have better options with staff that actually takes care of all customers. At least the drink was good.

Its always a great experience when I go to 7brew. Everyone is very nice, its clean, and the coffee is so good! The sweet and salty chiller is my favorite 😁
I love this location but hate how they will not communicate if their machines are down which seems more often than not.Hand blending does not do the trick. I'm not going to continue to pay almost $10 for a drink that is 95% foam

Consistently good coffee and service. I live and hour and a half away and any time im in town I stop for a bevy. They also have great matcha! And bonus points for being a drive thru!

Awesome cold coffee! Everyone is always friendly. They take my order at the car window, and by time I pull up to the business window my order is ready! Very efficient!

I’m disappointed in my visit today. I spend a decent amount of money here and normally everyone is very nice. Today I got there just before 7:00pm for their 2 medium drinks for $8 deal and waited in line. By the time I got up there to order, it was 7:00pm on the dot. I asked for the deal and she went and asked someone if I can still get the deal and she came back and said no. By that time, it was 7:01pm and I said it’s literally a minute later and I was in line before 7:00pm. I was denied anyways. For the amount they charge me for drinks every other time, I’m very disappointed that they wouldn’t honor the deal price. If people were in line before 7:00pm, they should have gotten the deal in my opinion. I honestly may not go back for a while now, if at all.
