I occasionally love to get my coffee fix from 7brew before alternatives like Dunkin’, Dutch Bros, and Starbucks introduced protein caffeinated drinks in their menus. I can still make my own DIY protein coffees by mixing 7brew coffee with my own protein supplement, but it’s nice to pay for convenience when buying protein coffee. I wish 7brew would offer protein caffeinated beverages.

Waited in line 15-20 minutes when there were only 3-4 cars in front of me. They take my order & then when I get to the front of the line, I see 3 or 4 other cars around/behind me get their orders. They then try to give me the incorrect order & struggle to find mine. When I finally receive it, the macchiato that I ordered tastes burnt & there are coffee grounds floating in the bottom of my drink. Terrible service.

Waited in line, got all the way to the front just for no one to even take my order. So I left. Idk what happened but it used to be great & fast service here.

I go here all the time and when I show the gentlemen they always take care of me but when I’ve gone recently the two ladies there tell me they tell me they’re never offered one and when I say “oh I’ve been here in the past and received one” they tell me “oh sorry to hear that” I wish it was more consistent on what was what and wish the lady gave me less attitude

I hope I’m spelling his name correctly Donovan took my order this morning and his service was phenomenal. He was able to take my order with so much patience and clarity. His voice was also very patient calm and soothing even with the overwhelming amount of cars waiting for their orders to be placed. Hands down the best service that I’ve received at this location and I visit almost daily.

EDIT: When I asked for a refund, after watching 3 cars roll up past our line, I was met with laughter, smirks, and the shift lead saying, “We’ve had 20 new hires and we can’t just refund your drinks because it took too long.” and was told that “nobody was laughing” as if their location isn’t full of clear glass.
