My first time at 7Brew and they were amazing. Very reminiscent of Dutch Bros that we have in Colorado. I dod a walk up order and even though they were absolutely slammed with cars in their drive, they still were friendly, made sure to acknowledge me, and even took a second to crack a few jokes with me. Always appreciated! I got the Smooth 7 (because irish cream!) and it is fantastic--equally strong and smooth, with just enough sweetness to keep you coming back for more. I would recommend 7Brew for sure!
Dietary restrictions: You can customize ANYTHING here. Sugarfree everything is available, as well as all of the dairy free options. I got my drink both sugar free and with almond milk and they didn't even bat an eye.

Other staff was great and delightful, as for the girl with the red braids and nose piercing. She needs to be fired, the way she talks to people to staff with yelling and disrespect is absolutely ridiculous. I have had such pleasant conversations and encounters with other staff, but everytime I’ve come and she’s been there I roll up my window if she’s outside.

The Urbana location is the best in the area. Employees are always wonderful and actually do their job (unlike in Champaign). My only complaint is that sometimes the music is too loud and it makes it hard to hear, but I always feel welcomed when I come here. I don't have 7Brew in my hometown so I'm glad I'm able to have it here in Urbana :)

The staff there are very kind and patient. They never made me feel like I was being a problem. Trying new things is not always easy for me, so having people understand that and also suggest things after asking questions about flavors I like was really nice. I ended up getting a blue raspberry energy slush thingy, and it was absolutely amazing!!
