The service here is HORRIBLE . You will be charged a certain amount service fee and extra money for staying in the room because the waitress would not tell you when time is up and you did not run out of the room within 5 minutes. She even insulted your friend when her mistake was pointed out. The manager here doesn’t make any positive attitude toward the customers when they are complaining about the waitress’s horrible service and just expecting one apology. All in all, save your money and don’t go.

ABSOLUTELY horrible experience. EXTREMELY overpriced. We got charged extra more for going a little bit over time (cuz we just wanted to finish the song we were singing and needed some time to pack up before we left the room)even if we made it crystal clear ahead of time that we do not want to extend the time. The unreasonable manager still extended the time for you anyways. SURPRISE! Here is a hidden item that they probably won’t tell you: when your server came and told you the time is up, you MUST pause and escape the room right away. No buffer time. No advance informed. Not to mention charged us a ridiculous amount of service fee with basically no service and the server dropped major attitudes, insulting our friend on her birthday.If you are looking for a better karaoke place, there is another karaoke place in Champaign called Star Karaoke. Highly recommend. Warm and humane service and delicious Korean food with reasonable price.

A kind waitress taught us a valuable lesson: even when a waiter yells at you and insult you, the store can still charger you 15% for tips without you saying anything. They also charged us extra in anyway they could. Finally, the police came and the waitress apologized in a very sarcastic tone.Tbh, a pretty good place if you want to get yelled at or have a bad day in general.

Karaoke is a fun activity made less fun by this venue. The selection of music in English was smaller than expected and the karaoke machine was difficult to operate. Smaller rooms than advertised with nearly no ventilation, became very hot very quickly. All water was available only in the room, bottled, for pay. Very small bar selection, with prices higher than shown on menu. A benefit is that you are able to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages. Bring water.
