We had Apple Dumplin cater for us at Hessel park for our church group!!!! It was amazing and food was excellent! Have been going to the restaurant for 40 years!! I recommend having them cater for you
Had not been here in years. Decided to see if we should start going. Will not be back! Salad bar looked ok, but the pea salad, bean salad and pasta salad were tasteless. The fried chicken had little flavor and tiny pieces. The baked potato was actually 2 small potatoes that were not warm enough to melt the butter! The big dinner roll was big but nothing special.

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a catered meal prepared by Cathy and her wonderful team at the Apple Dumpling in Urbana, Illinois, and we couldn't be more impressed! We feasted on their fried chicken, mashed potatoes, beef and noodles, and of course their glazed carrots, oh my!, and a roll, with apple butter, yummy and every single item was absolutely fantastic.
