Food is cheap, and fast, and delicious. Service is the absolute best, and everyone is friendly and personable. All the best qualities about of small town, rural, country living. I could eat the potatoes and gravy for every meal of every day, although my waistline may not appreciate that.
Kid-friendliness: They treat the kids absolutely great, and my kids are most comfortable here, and they look forward to coming back.

This place is the bomb. I miss it greatly as we now live in Texas. Hubby and I had to do the breakfast and lunch in one day as we spent the day in SJO to do some business. Biscuits and gravy were fantastic. The biscuits were so light and airy I almost missed them under my taters and gravy. Salted the right amount and just yum!
