The pictures tell it all! And I also ordered a Buffalo chicken slider as you can see I got a regular chicken slider more like chicken nuggets and the roast beef is hard and undone and the prices are high!

Really nice Arby's. I got the new BBQ bourbon chicken sandwich. Fantastic! And of course the Arby's mozzarella sticks! The service here was great too.
Took a while for me to get my food. I was just going up to check on my order, and then they finally called my name.

I came to Arby’s with my boyfriend and we got a number 9 and number 1 with 2 shakes and a small drink of the side and they charge all of it separately instead of telling you they don’t do meals anymore even though they’re menu shows meals and just stuff by themselves so we ended up paying 40 dollars for things that was no where near 40 dollars I could’ve went to a pizza joint instead for that price so if you have a family I wouldn’t recommend unless you love food and have the money to spend 80+ on fast food you can get cheaper somewhere else service was terrible and fries were old never will return here again .

When you order a roast beef sandwich on app then get there to pick it up and they say we ran out of roast beef,

Zero star. I ordered online today. When I went to pick up at 5:30PM as scheduled, the store was closed. It supposed till 10PM but closed without any notify.
Occasionally has super friendly employees so giving it 3 stars. But this location is often not open when it’s posted online to be open according to the hours listed online. For example today 5/15/2024, at 7:36pm went to the drive thru and tried to order mozzarella sticks and there was no response and no sign of any employees, no sign up about it being closed, and looked dark inside restaurant. It is posted as being open until 10pm. If you’re going to close early please change the hours online and please put up signs if you abandon your restaurant earlier than posted, that’s really bad business practice.

The roast beef in Champaign Illinois 10 times better then Arby's in Urbana I'm thinking that the meet there is sliced too thick but it is not tender like the one on Springfield avenue in Champaign

Arby's is the best for fast food dining. Their Ruben is better than almost every restaurant, unless you go to a real Deli.
