Super tasty. I love the homey vibes of the place. Very authentic. Being raised vietnamese, i was missing my mother in laws ghanian cooking. For culinary demonstrations, definitely was up there in flavor profile and cooking. Portions were a little small but allows to taste many different sides instead.
Food was great and it was a great experience considering it was my first time eating african food.The only problems that came were the bill and the confusion with the way the menu is worded. Me and my partner ordered from the main dishes and it states you’re able to get a vegetable and rice. To our understanding we were able to get 2 sides with a main dish. Food smells, looks, and, most importantly tastes phenomenal! The people at the shop and restaurant were extremely friendly and helpful (never been had congolese food until now). I suggest that everyone come here to not only try wonderful food, but interact with a genuinely compassionate group of individuals.
