Got $5 meal deal with a whopper jr, I asked to add cheese, but was not told it would be $1.00 additional. A slice of cheese should not cost $1.00, as I would have passed and will in the future or maybe bring my own cheese ?. Otherwise, meal was good, fries could have been a bit hotter.

We stood there for 5-10 minutes. The staff walked right by us. No one said "someone will be with you", or even acknowledge we were there. When the staff were over by the curb-side window, standing around laughing, we walked out.

This place has really bad night service. I got off work looking to get some food from Birger King for the first time in a while. I’m new to the area and looked at my Apple Maps to see what would still be open. This facility said it was 24 hrs on Apple Maps so I was like great I’ll go there. I arrived there probably 5ish minutes before 11pm. I pull up to the drive through speaker and sat there for 10-15 minutes without anyone speaking into the speaker at all. I spoke to the speaker trying to see if anyone respond but they didn’t. I drove around and saw there were people inside and went to the other drive through speaker. I sat there for another 5ish minutes waiting for someone. I then heard someone yelling at me from inside the building that the facility is closed and it closed at 11pm. I was upset about this because they were yelling at me about being closed when I had no clue due to the hours online showing 24hrs. I also thought that it was crazy that they couldn’t hook up the microphone for a few second to let me know the facility is closed and I would have explained myself and apologized and continued on with my night. I was super upset by this experience but thought maybe it was a one time thing. I was telling myself maybe they just wanted to leave due to their shift being done. I then proceeded to try again the next night after work and got there a little after 10:20pm. I sat at the drive through ordering area for 5 or more minutes with nobody answering the microphone again. I know 5 minutes isn’t that long to wait, but there were no other cars at the drive through or the window. At this point I was just sick of the poor service and decided that I wasn’t going to get anything and just left. As I was leaving I looked in the windows and saw people just on their phones not even paying attention. I don’t know if I’ll even go back to this Burger King, but if I do it definitely won’t be in the night because this whole experience.

DISCRIMINATION ‼️ I ordered and was told to pull forward. Waited 10 mins and watch several people come after me get there order. Walk ins and drive thru. I went in to ask how much longer and was told it was dropped fresh and that it takes 6 mins when in fact it had already been 10 mins. I waited and additional 5 mins and realized they weren’t even making my food so I asked for a refund. Ridiculous unprofessional trash employees
