This place has really bad night service. I got off work looking to get some food from Birger King for the first time in a while. I’m new to the area and looked at my Apple Maps to see what would still be open. This facility said it was 24 hrs on Apple Maps so I was like great I’ll go there. I arrived there probably 5ish minutes before 11pm. I pull up to the drive through speaker and sat there for 10-15 minutes without anyone speaking into the speaker at all. I spoke to the speaker trying to see if anyone respond but they didn’t. I drove around and saw there were people inside and went to the other drive through speaker. I sat there for another 5ish minutes waiting for someone. I then heard someone yelling at me from inside the building that the facility is closed and it closed at 11pm. I was upset about this because they were yelling at me about being closed when I had no clue due to the hours online showing 24hrs. I also thought that it was crazy that they couldn’t hook up the microphone for a few second to let me know the facility is closed and I would have explained myself and apologized and continued on with my night. I was super upset by this experience but thought maybe it was a one time thing. I was telling myself maybe they just wanted to leave due to their shift being done. I then proceeded to try again the next night after work and got there a little after 10:20pm. I sat at the drive through ordering area for 5 or more minutes with nobody answering the microphone again. I know 5 minutes isn’t that long to wait, but there were no other cars at the drive through or the window. At this point I was just sick of the poor service and decided that I wasn’t going to get anything and just left. As I was leaving I looked in the windows and saw people just on their phones not even paying attention. I don’t know if I’ll even go back to this Burger King, but if I do it definitely won’t be in the night because this whole experience.

DISCRIMINATION ‼️ I ordered and was told to pull forward. Waited 10 mins and watch several people come after me get there order. Walk ins and drive thru. I went in to ask how much longer and was told it was dropped fresh and that it takes 6 mins when in fact it had already been 10 mins. I waited and additional 5 mins and realized they weren’t even making my food so I asked for a refund. Ridiculous unprofessional trash employees

Just be aware, if you order from here through a third party they may mess up part of your order. Especially when it comes to sauces. Twice now I have paid extra for something as simple as sauces and both times they have failed to provide them. Although the money itself is minimal ($0.40 usually), it is still unfortunate they they are not reading the orders correctly.

I like to add extra veggie and less sauce on whoppers. Some other stores don't even care about this extra direction, but this location did. Perfect to order. Thank you. Will be back. And the drive-thru lady was kind with smile! (around Wednesday 1:30 PM)
We got food to eat as we were leaving town and they made are food to order with no problem at all. Friendly staff and the Chicken Fries were amazing.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessibility is right at the front door. It's easy to get in the restaurant

Terrible service and old food re-heated in a microwave. My Big King must have been in the microwave for 5 minites. The cheese and bun all around the edge was so very over cooked the they were almost one and the same, at least all around the edge. Absolutley disgusting to consider just how cold that Big King must have been to require the outsode edges to be plastisized in the microwave before the center was warm. Disgusting

They are TRULY sad. They don't understand anything. We ordered a Chicken sandwich but received a whopper. Then! Called (twice) just to be told that .. *I said whopper instead of Chicken* as if I don't know what I said .. then, was told to call tomorrow afternoon to talk to the manager.. .. it's Sad & very unprofessional on
