Tried several times to set up a reservation for 15 and received no communication from anyone. At least say you cant make the reservation, instead of leaving someone in the dark.

Great beers. Great food. I was able to find something to eat even with many food allergies.

I've ate at Crane Alley for years but this is the first time I've been back since they reopened since covid. The service was great and the food was solid and decently enough priced. I don't drink but friends say their drink selection is good. One drawback is that like with many restaurants they have paired down their menu selection which is understandable. They've kept their burgers/sandwiches but got rid of a lot of their dinner entrees that I looked forward to. My only complaint is that it can be very loud but less of their fault and more of an issue with the customers.

Great place to play pool and have a drink. I love the pineapple upsidedown. But the falafel is too soft and it’s not crunchy outside at all, which kind of disappointing. And the Mediterranean plate should definitely come with a garlic sauce.

Crane Alley is always a delight. Great food with awesome options for different tastes, vegetarians/vegans, great beer selection, and fantastic service.

Found this place based on yelp's recommendations. It exceeded our expectations. Service was great from an entire staff dedicated to helping each other as well as the customers. Beer and wine selections very good. We had crab cakes that were super good with a steak sandwich that was excellently prepared and a Caesar salad steak also well done. Give this place a chance it's worth your time and great atmosphere.

We went shortly after they opened and they were already busy, and I can understand why - the food is delicious, the staff is great, and the atmosphere is cozy

The family ( all locals) had dinner on a Thursday night. We ordered a hamburger, an impossible burger, a Reuben, and a grilled cheese. There were not a lot of diners, yet the food took 30 minutes. One of the orders was not right, and it took another 15 minutes to rectify. The Reuben afficianado couldn"t finish it due to the savory taste of the dressing. The hamburger was fine, but nothing special. The drink refills showed up as we were about to leave. Not much of a dining experience for not a little money.

Such a great experience here!!! The vibe was amazing and the menu looked great right away. Their tap list has such a wide variety of good beers, and I especially appreciated the vegetarian section on the menu -- it was massive and I couldn't decide what to get! We got the vegan chili con queso dip which was delicious, and I ended up getting the seitan philly and house salad while my boyfriend got the Blackbird sandwich and mac & cheese. The food came out fast and hot and everything tasted amazing! Our server Carmen was super nice and attentive. We also noticed towards the end of our meal that a woman was creating a disturbance nearby but it didn't bother any other patrons, and the staff seemed able to handle it efficiently and calmly. Really appreciated the overall service and style of the bar. Will definitely be coming back next time we're in the area!

Went for dinner. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered a burger and sweet potato fries. Both were very great.

Though a classic bar with high ceilings, many pool tables and wood booths, we were able to sit outside in a pleasant alley with plants and art. The falafel was the best, so good I used to order some to take home!

We enjoyed our meal and drinks at Crane Alley---cool atmosphere and easy parking right next door in the parking garage. I had the gourmet grilled cheese with bacon and it was yummy. Nice Craft beer selection as well. We would go here again!

Crane Alley is a great place to wind down over incredible drafts. The beer garden is about the best around. The only drawback are the panhandlers who look for spare change, and the skunky weed smell that seems to be incompass the entire garden. The staff are a tad quirky, but know their beers.
