The Urbana IL location has great service and the food was some of the best. Want to give an extra shout out to Shawna working the register. Her customer service was outstanding (greeted us as soon as we entered the store, efficiently took our order and brought it to is quickly). All with a great attitude. This will be our go to spot when shopping in CU.
Order was made completely wrong, overloaded with ketchup, with wilted lettuce.

We love ordering from the table, however a drink was missed (we ordered 3 and received 2 cups). We didn't complain, my kids just offered to share their drink.
My only complaint is that when ordering a sandwich without a bun, condiment packets are consistently missed (at all Culvers not just this one). Maybe work with food runners to have them double check sauces when they see a sandwich with no bun on the tray?
I really like this Culver's. Ther service is usually very good and the drive through service is fast. The employees here are usually very good and and the food is spot on. A friend a told me their kids grilled cheese is not as good as others, but I feel the rest of their menu is solid.
