So this was the very first time Ive tried this place The service is amazing. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is amazing but whoever was on tonight at 9:10 PM. This guy was amazing. His customer service skills was top-notch. I really enjoyed my food and he was very patient with me. I I’m gonna figure out his name. I’m gonna come back and repost this again.

Hello, My order was incorrect and not taken correctly. I asked for a double bacon cheese burger with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, mustard & pickles. In my basket was a double cheese burger with mayo, mustard and pickles. No bacon, No lettuce, no tomatoes. NOT what I ordered. Pretty disappointed but I dare not take my food back. Order takers need to pay close attention, including the managers.

My sister and I stopped at Urbana Culver's for a late lunch. We had the butter burger 🍔 combo. The food was excellent, service was fast.
This location is usually pretty busy regardless of the time but service tends to be speedy
