So this was the very first time Ive tried this place The service is amazing. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is amazing but whoever was on tonight at 9:10 PM. This guy was amazing. His customer service skills was top-notch. I really enjoyed my food and he was very patient with me. I I’m gonna figure out his name. I’m gonna come back and repost this again.
Hello, My order was incorrect and not taken correctly. I asked for a double bacon cheese burger with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, mustard & pickles. In my basket was a double cheese burger with mayo, mustard and pickles. No bacon, No lettuce, no tomatoes. NOT what I ordered. Pretty disappointed but I dare not take my food back. Order takers need to pay close attention, including the managers.
We return again and again. My kids love the quaint corner booth at the back of the restaurant. There is a guy who is so funny when we order. He gave us extra kids bags I assume to get free scoops when you tear off the coupon from them. Food is always fresh and cooked well and consistent. Beautiful new parking lot with lots of beautiful trees and landscaping. It's just a warm cozy atmosphere. Pop machine and condiment machine is always working. I wish there were Mayonnaise...
