Review written 01/07/2025. Blaringly loud music inside Dunkin. Literally damage to the ears level of volume. I feel bad for the employees. Also check out the photo of the queso to hashbrown ratio. Lol. Like queso is good but that much? Also it was ice cold queso not warm at all.

Used the app to place an order for 4 specialty drinks and a dozen donuts. When our son got there to pick the order up, they didn't have it. (This has happened previously as well. The app is for convenience. You get the order confirmation but then the order isn't received at the store. It's annoying.)
Our son got home with the order and a couple of the donuts were so dried out, they were inedible. The drinks seem okay so far - but not everyone has tried theirs yet...

I went in there with a 5 doaller gift card and I got treated rudely and I am only a kid they said my grandma can’t cover the extra 2 doaller!!!!! And they started speaking in some gibberish and said something about refreshers and I got a lemonade instead of a cappuccino wich I ordered this place deserves NO STARS MAKE SURE YOU NEVER TAKE YOUR KIDS OR FAMILY THERE EVER CAUSE I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER AND I GOT TREATED PORRLY AND I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m warning you never come here this place is a disgrace you will thank me

Be cautious ordering lattes at this location.. I kept on getting a large cup of warm milk with barely any coffee in it. I went inside the lady remade it three times and it tasted exactly the same I said how much espresso are you putting in a large? She said one to two shots 🙄 hey Google Duncan puts three shots of espresso in a large and I actually ordered and paid for an extra shot on top of that that was only getting one 🙄😅. I could have got 2 gallons of milk for the price I paid for a hot steam cup of milk.

Employees are incompetent and can’t take orders correctly. They are completely lost 100% of the time. It’s not that hard to take a coffee order or get the food correct. Check your bag before you leave this dunkin. 4/5 times they got your order incorrect or just forgot to put items in your bag.

The employees are fast and patient and listen well. They are friendly even when you are trying to make up your mind on your order, choosing donuts with your kids. However, the prices are a little higher than I would like. The donut variety and freshness is lacking. The donuts are overly sweet with their topings and frosting. The atmosphere is kind of harsh and overly bright but it's clean and decent. They keep pleasant seasonal decorations.

So, I go looking for the limited-edition buckets. I order through the kiosk, by the time they start prepping the donuts they told me there was no more buckets, after I paid. To make matters worse they refused to refund me since I no longer wanted the munchkins. They didn't know how to refund me.

Isn't refunds a basic element of retail, how did nobody know. I'm not upset over the lack of buckets but the lack of training the staff had during my visit.

I go to this dd everyday and it's usually ok. The main priority is the drive thru. If you are walking in,no one really says hello and you can stand waiting for an online pickup for more than 10 mins. Within the last two months I've had ice cold omelette bites,fly in coffee,cold coffee, I was given wrong order and waited 20 mins to have it replaced,after they argued with me.

NO Customer Service at all!!! Completely refused to assist in any way to make things right with trying to use gift card, instead of taking full amount of my account. Using gift card next time at a different location but will not be returning! If they don't have customer service they shouldn't get service!!

I recently visited this location to purchase a dozen donuts, but they couldn't fulfill my order. The poor review is primarily due to the terrible customer service. I was rushed through the drive-through, and the menu sign was out, leaving me clueless about the options. When I reached the window, the service person treated me very rudely. It was an awful experience overall. This was my second visit since they re-opened, and it will definitely be my last.

I give it four stars because I saw a rainbow at the same time. However, they were out of half the ice cream options at the Baskin-Robbins section. The guy seemed tired as he had to repeat my order to me three times, even though I speak clearly. I wish Baskin-Robbins had a better menu—they don’t even list the available ice creams indoors, and the workers don’t offer recommendations. As someone who isn’t a regular, it would be helpful to have knowledge of the products. Also, some of the ice cream looked old because it had that darker appearance.
