The employees are fast and patient and listen well. They are friendly even when you are trying to make up your mind on your order, choosing donuts with your kids. However, the prices are a little higher than I would like. The donut variety and freshness is lacking. The donuts are overly sweet with their topings and frosting. The atmosphere is kind of harsh and overly bright but it's clean and decent. They keep pleasant seasonal decorations.

I give it four stars because I saw a rainbow at the same time. However, they were out of half the ice cream options at the Baskin-Robbins section. The guy seemed tired as he had to repeat my order to me three times, even though I speak clearly. I wish Baskin-Robbins had a better menu—they don’t even list the available ice creams indoors, and the workers don’t offer recommendations. As someone who isn’t a regular, it would be helpful to have knowledge of the products. Also,...

Definitely go through the drive-thru if you're in a hurry, they prioritize drive-thru sales over walk-in sales. Very friendly staff, I'll continue to order coffee from here.
