Love this place, so glad its a mom/pop/family run restaurant. It is also the only pho place that actually has smaller pho portions for kids. They also have little pacman arcades for kids if you just need a moment to decompress while your little ones play and you eat.
Really good food and service, the kitchen came and asked hoe we liked the food and were super nice. The pho-rench dip sandwich was excellent, the pho broth it was served with was super flavorful. We will be back to try a full bowl of pho and get the sandwich again!!!
This was Pho-nomnial! The veggie eggrolls were amazing, super crisp, and full of flavor. The Pho was perfect in flavor and quantity. If you are in town, make this a stop on your food journey!
Where do I even start at?
From the food, to the staff, to the nicest lady in the back whipping up some of Vietnamese food that takes me straight back home.
I came in to have dinner and was swiftly greeted by staff, I tried their recommended Pho with a huge beef rib, And their starter Spring Rolls with their house-made sauce.
The spring rolls came out beautifully and packed with shrimp, lettuce and pork. There was also a secret crunch in the middle that gave it the perfect balance. Paired with their house-made sauce, it completely leveled the whole dish. It was a great recommendation and I recommend you to try it as well.
Their Beef Rib Pho surprised me, Usually I tastes the broth and adjust accordingly; yeah no this broth didn’t need any adjustments. The broth was rich and very tasteful. The amount of garnishes was great and all of the veggies were sliced to perfection. That beef rib was so tender, It paired well with everything. Another great recommendation and I recommend it to you.
Did I mention the Hanoi Beer? You should definitely give it a try. I believe it is the only place in town who carries it.
To conclude, I definitely recommend you to try Eighty-Three. You can tell they take their time to curate their menu. Everything is labeled and explained, from starters to wine selection. It’s a tight but very well balanced menu. It’s one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the state and local area. Amazing food, Great Staff, and a cool environment.
The food is excellent. I had the lemongrass chicken which was cooked perfectly. All the flavors paired very well for I'm the chicken to the pickled carrots and radish to the salad with cucumber. It was enough food for two meals. The service was excellent. I like that the menu is small and changes regularly.
Been here a few times and the pho is consistently flavorful and the ingredients are fresh. Service is always friendly and welcoming.
Always flavorful dishes and friendly staff. This sandwich here though... Obsessed
Absolutely Delicious! It's a must try if you've never been!
Best pho! Their menu changes with the seasons so I am excited to see what I’ll get next time. Everyone inside was really nice as well.
The food is on the pricier side but well worth it for the quality and care they put into their food. The broth is unique almost more like northern style pho as it has a more beefy flavor that shines through well. I’ve had pho from places on the Michelin guide in Paris and Vietnam and this stacks up well

My husband and I tried this restaurant for the first time and love it! We got take out. The soup was delicious. We also tried two different appetizers and they were phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and helpful when ordering. The service was pretty fast and the food was fresh. We will definitely be back.
My first time here this afternoon and I can't wait to come back for more! The pho was outstanding (hands down the best I've had in town) and the pork buns were super delicious. Great vibes, will be back to try out anything the chefs decide to grace us with. ❤️

Got a Pork Belly Bahn Mi, Sweet & Sour Shrimp, and the pork buns. All were a bit bland. Didn’t get any lime and diners inside had a hard time getting them to give her some (any) chili sauce. We all thought it odd there wasn’t tương ớt handy. I think they might have even asked by name.
The s&s shrimp was only 4 shrimps and not at all worth the price. They were over fried so the shrimp was dry and the outside was verging on hard. It comes w veggies, rice, and a cup of sauce more akin to Thai chili sauce than a sweet & sour sauce.
The Pork Belly Bahn Mi was large and probably the most worth the price. The pork belly pieces were large and appropriate for the size of the bread. Overall quite bland but if you focused really hard it tasted good.
The pork buns were good and portioned well but overall pretty bland. Not exactly worth the price but not as bad as the shrimp.
I’d be willing to try this place again in like 6mos to see if they have all the kinks worked out. If this is just how it is, I’m not interested.

The bao buns were great. They recently changed the menu and removed them unfortunately.
