Plenty of options for both drinks and food. Clearly well loved by the neighborhood. Atmosphere is okay, the layout is real open which can feel a little public. I'd love it they made more personal nooks to hangout it, but thats me nitpicking.

no matter time of day, employees are always rude and impatient and unwilling to help customers. online pick up is a waste of time as well

There is no leadership, very disorganized, they don’t seem know how to handle customer situations efficiently, I love Einstein Bros. I remember going to my first one about 25 years ago in Tinley Park, ill. It was love at first bite. This was very disappointing, I hope this was just a bad day for them, but I honestly think it was a norm. Be Better, Please!

The girl at the counter taking orders was looking at her phone. We had to ask if she was ready for our order. When our order was completed our bag was put next to the Uber bags. We had to ask which order was ours. Overall it was an unpleasant visit. Especially for the price of everything. How hard can it be to be helpful and courteous?
They had 2 hours to get an order ready for walking. When I got there they said they were out and need to wait. Now late. 2 hours lead and they couldn't prepare ahead. Horrible service I would have given a zero.

Online order, employee was placing ready/bagged orders in the pickup area behind the counter but not calling out names. I asked cashier to grab my order and he said someone would help me shortly. Waited 5+ minutes and stared at my order. I was helped after I asked for another employee to grab my order but was interrupted by the cashier again stating everything is coming out in the order it was received at they were busy. I asked for a refund. Was given my order that was sitting there the whole time….

I know of no other place for bagels besides Einstein, but I love this place anyway! Staff is wonderful, bagesl are delicious, and i love their side options.fruits, yogurt parfaits, chips, juice. The Texas brisket bagel, and i had the turkey and vegetable bagel. I loved the fresh taste of the veggies, delicious turkey meat, but my star will always be the Nova Lox. Delicious salmon, capers red onion, cream cheese, just all around delicious.

Einstein Bros Bagels in Champaign is fantastic! I tried the Farmhouse sandwich and it was definitely delicious. while the Farmhouse was a hearty breakfast delight. The bagel was perfectly toasted, and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the cozy ambiance made for a pleasant dining experience. I'll definitely be returning for more tasty treats!

Any kind of Bagel you like! Something for everyone. Had the farmhouse, Lox, Vegetarian and Turkey and veggie. All were wonderful no complaints. Staff was friendly and fast.
