Any kind of Bagel you like! Something for everyone. Had the farmhouse, Lox, Vegetarian and Turkey and veggie. All were wonderful no complaints. Staff was friendly and fast.

Pros:
-they have some really hardworking and courteous employees who try very hard and hustle and are friendly
-you can order ahead through the app and skip the line and just go to counter and pick up your food
-good rewards program through app (see my free chocolate chip muffin in photo)
-thankfully they are still open, some other Einstein locations around Champaign area have closed
-there’s often free reading materials here like daily illini newspapers and other local news

Cons:
-they used to have fountain drinks but took those away which is disappointing
-sometimes they’ve made my food wrong (put pepperoni on pizza bagel etc if I ordered cheese pizza bagel or forgot to put side items in bag etc)
-Einstein’s is pretty expensive for what you get. For example if you order an egg and cheese sandwich you get barely any egg and barely any cheese and it’s expensive.

Great customer service, always so welcoming. Addicted to the green chilli bagel and jalapeño salsa

Service was quick, if ambivalent, however, my bacon egg and cheese bagel came out Luke warm at best. I don’t see how it could have been made fresh in shuch a short amount of time.
The honey latex out on the service counter was hardened and unusable.
They could learn a ting or two from there corporate twin Manhattan Bagels.

The name of this place is quite attractive, and I actually wondered if it was a mini factory at one point. However, when I go in, it reminds me of a cozy Dunkin’ Donuts. There’s a wide selection of bagels and pastries displayed behind glass, making it a dangerously good spot if you know what I mean. The inside is pretty small, though, but it adds to its charm and makes it feel like a hidden gem.

It's a great spot for an early morning breakfast!!!

New to the area and was excited to try this place out. Bagels are mediocre and I believe McDonald's does a better job making bagel sandwiches. The only highlight of our meal was the orange juice. Another disappointment was you guys don't offer any milk substitutes such as coconut milk or almond milk. I will definitely have to be desperate to eat here again.

No flavor in the bagel egg and bacon breakfast sandwich or the cheesy hash brown. Definitely will not return. Back to Brueggers 100%.

Bagels are pretty ok. Fortunately, there are unlimited coffee refills, which is suitable for taking a computer to work and sitting there for a long time. There will be some offers when placing an order on the app.
