They do not provide table service, even when you’re the only table in the place.
The employees were very knowledgeable about their dishes and provided recommendations.
They did not have some of the items available that were listed as regular menu items.
My husband and son had to change out their drink option which was supposed to be a juice, it tasted like it had been very diluted and had very little fruit flavor.
I ordered a shrimp dish in a cream sauce with a side of rice. The cream sauce had zero flavor and had separated, making it look as bad as it tasted. My white rice was cold to the touch and very hard, and appeared to have been days old and simply reheated.
My husband order something else that had a different rice and he was the only one; out of 5 of us, who finished his plate and enjoyed it.
They are very over priced for what they offer.

Food was very good, ordered pupusas. Perhaps I went at an odd time (1pm on Friday an hour after opening) but the restaurant was very quiet with no music or fan or anything. While the tables were clean, the floors were a little sticky. Maybe they could play some music or something to make it less awkward
Ecstatic that there's a good place for pupusas in town. Staff really worked to get everything right!

It is counter service, the food was incredible, and was pretty quick. I haven’t tried anything like this but my Colombian friends wanted to bring me here. I wanted to try a variety of things and got the Bandeja Paisa which had a lot of flavor and was delicious!

Definitely a terrible choice, they cover a menu from several countries but what was chosen had excess fat and simple, graceless contours. I will not refer to the price of the dishes (we paid $80 for 2 people) but it is notable that being a place where there are no waiters, the food does not fit on such small plates (not because it is a lot of food, it is because the plates are small which makes eating uncomfortable, preventing the food from falling on the table), sodas must be taken directly from the refrigerator, without glasses, the cutlery is plastic...but the prices correspond to a restaurant where there is full service...in conclusion , I don't plan to eat it a second time...
I cannot express how much I love eating here. The service is amazing and the food is even better.

The jibarito was spectacular! But I asked for lechon instead of asada and it made it all the much better!! No error/miscommunication on the restaurant part!!
