I really enjoyed my time at this bar. The drinks were good, very clean place and the music was fun too! The only downside is the bartenders lost my friends card after opening an tab and charged her for someone else’s drinks. So maybe just bring cash or don’t open up a tab.

80s New wave music night had great music, but played so extemely loud, my companion and I had to leave much earlier than we wanted to. We heard many other people complaining about the sound level as well. We could not hear each other even when yelling in each others' ears. Not good for socializing. I hope next time we go the sound will be more reasonable.

Speaking as someone who doesn't typically like bars, this place is something special. Everyone behind the bar is extremely friendly, the drinks are outstanding for both alcohol drinkers and sober folks, and they have a wide range of events including many not traditionally associated with bars. If you like a quiet place to chill and chat, go early in the evening or early in the week. If you like good music and djs with a hell of a beat, go later in the evening on a Thursday, Friday, or Saturday. They are always doing something new and coming up with amazing new cocktails to try. And all of their cocktails can be 0 proof if you want.
Please bear in mind if you go they don't have a kitchen so food selection is extremely limited.

Collage Night could really use clearer communication with guests. It’s not reasonable to expect every newcomer to know how things work without guidance. Me and a large group of friends (all foreigners) were talked down to in a rude and condescending way, when a simple, friendly heads-up could’ve easily helped us fix the situation. What started as a great night at the Art Gallery Bar ended with us feeling humiliated, unwelcome, and regretting we ever went.
