Not worth the price. I have had quite a fair share of Mediterranean foods in my life and the food here was extremely mediocre. I had gotten the "plate" option with falafel, and the falafel was extremely dry, and I know falafel is usually dry but this was hard to swallow without about 10 cups of water. Also, I had gotten nearly all of the sauces and they were pretty bland to me personally. The workers were very kind and quick however, I believe 9 dollars for this small and not incredibly flavorful meal is far too much.

In terms of Shawarma, it gets the job done, but it is nothing special at all. The staff in my experience is nice. I only go here if I need something to eat quickly and the union is nearby. If anyone wants more authentic Shawarma, I would say the Jerusalem Cafe is your best bet on campus .

Food aside, this restaurant is horrendous in regards to customer service. The lady who served us seemed grumpy and gave us an attitude. When it was time to pay, I showed them a buy one get one free coupon I had and it didn't have an expiration date on it. The manager came and refused to even look at the coupon as he said that it was valid for only a one day promotion but the coupon never stated such. The food was good, not great. Not that it matters too much, but their water didn't work and the manager told me to steal water from the next door Blaze Pizza. Also, they didn't give us forks. Overall, avoid if possible. Go to Blaze or Wendy's, heck even Qdoba all next door.

I come to order my food and the woman speaks to me in a language I don't speak to tell me to go away (I think). After a minute or two another employee starts to give me my food. I ask for extra vegetables and she essentially ignores me while another employee appears to be complaining about me in Spanish. I've got no problem with folks who don't speak English fluently and am more than happy to try to understand them, but none of them made any effort and essentially scowled at me. Previously, I've waited in line for over 20 minutes when there were only a few people in line. Overall, the employees acted like serving me food is an annoyance despite me paying 9.99 for a small plate of food. I have a feeling the employees are being poorly treated by management and for how much they charge for food, that's pretty unfortunate :(
