Update – 7 Months Later (second time)
Came back after 7 months and honestly it feels the same. Bagels are good, but I’d pass on the coffee. Prices are still really high compared to other shops, even ones in Pilsen or Little Village where they make their own syrups that taste way better. Here it still tastes kind of artificial, so I don’t really see why it costs more than spots that use fresher ingredients.

This is a good bagel place if you want a round breakfast sandwich. Nothing wrong with that! When you start comparing it to other bagels you might get in Chicago or on the East Coast, that's when the trouble begins. Don't expect a traditional bagel like you'd get from a deli in the city. The bagels here are flat with a bready, close texture. There are no schmear options. You can't get lox or capers or any of the other stinky delicious things that make a bagel so, so good. If that doesn't tell you what you need to know, I can't help you. The service was great, plenty of seating, the place was clean, and I got my food fast, but I wound up wishing I'd saved my money and made bagels at home.

Solid bagels. Great vibe. Friendly and fast service. Awesome tea!
I hope they expand the number of cream cheese options, since they only offer plain currently. They also don't serve all bagel flavors every day, but there a good variety of sweet and savory to choose from.

I love this place! I’ve never had a bad experience here. They’re always stocked with bagels but I usually come during the early morning. Love the seasonal coffee flavors they offer!

I had the cranberry bagel. Best bagel I’ve ever had. And the friendliest staff. We came in from Kansas City and already want to drive back for bagels!
I like the food, but they are constantly sold out of bagels, as early as 11, and I waste so many trips over here. That’s still prime lunch time and they’re open till 4:00. I wish they would start making more bagels since they clearly seem to be needed.

Delicious food! The bagels are so good, and they are very well priced! The matcha is very smooth and full, I like it a tiny bit sweeter, but it was great! Lemonade also great. The employees were very kind and helpful, service was fast but not rushed. The history of the place was a welcome suprise, it's amazing to see a place so openly queer!! Overall, awesome place, and will come back :]

Visited on August 20th. Good variety of bagels. Inside and outside seating. Atmosphere is cozy and relaxed but not huge.
Food was excellent. When in Urbana, Illinois visit this bagel bar.

I was hesitant to pay $8+ for a bagel sandwich but I gotta say it was definitely worth it. I got the avocado toast with sesame bagel, fresh tomatoes. If you like sesame and cream cheese then this is the sandwich for you. The cortado was very good too. They also serve it in a little ceramic cup (this is something most cafes seem to lack since covid?). No pictures because I ate it so fast and it was messy. Not a car snack.
My only complaint is the parking lot is really confusing and not very close to the door, so not great for disabled people.

Wonderful bagels! Fresh and delicious, not tough. My favorite is the turkey and bacon ranch on whatever good bagel. Unfortunately, they seem to frequently run out of bagels, sometimes before Lunch. The other day they had no bagels left at 11:30am. Bagels may be a breakfast staple, but Good Judy's is open until 4pm, so one might expect bagels to be available for the lunch sandwiches. I'm thrilled this great business is so popular they run out early, but I fear they are losing LOTS of business by not preparing enough to last the day. What to do???
