This is a good bagel place if you want a round breakfast sandwich. Nothing wrong with that! When you start comparing it to other bagels you might get in Chicago or on the East Coast, that's when the trouble begins. Don't expect a traditional bagel like you'd get from a deli in the city. The bagels here are flat with a bready, close texture. There are no schmear options. You can't get lox or capers or any of the other stinky delicious things that make a bagel...
Solid bagels. Great vibe. Friendly and fast service. Awesome tea!
I hope they expand the number of cream cheese options, since they only offer plain currently. They also don't serve all bagel flavors every day, but there a good variety of sweet and savory to choose from.

Came back after 7 months and honestly it feels the same. Bagels are good, but I’d pass on the coffee. Prices are still really high compared to other shops, even ones in Pilsen or Little Village where they make their own syrups that taste way better. Here it still tastes kind of artificial, so I don’t really see why it costs more than spots that use fresher ingredients.
