Food is reliable and consistent if everything is there. Double check your order if using the Urbana drive through. 50/50 chance something is missing from your order. Happened again today. Probably done with this place.
I had their specialty shoe with Texas toast, queso, and pulled pork, topped with honey bbq. Delish as always! $50 for 2 adult meals, and a kids meal not terrible. The store was clean, everyone was friendly. The okra is the star of the show :)
I had eaten at the Springfield location and loved the brisket chili so wanted to eat here while in Champaign. Food wasn’t quite as good, didn’t seem as hot or fresh. Chili was still good enough that I got a quart to take home. My wife is very picky about pulled pork (hates it when it’s too fatty) and really liked the pulled pork in her sandwich. The people at the restaurant weren’t quite as friendly as the one in Springfield either. I’d still return.
