The food always comes out hot, I always have to wait for it to cool before I can eat it. The service is awesome they always greet me when I walk in the door and are super nice and walk the food to your table! I ate here the day it opened and I continue to eat here multiple times a month. They’ve come so far since they’ve opened. The food is a little pricy but you get what you pay for. The food has great flavor and I love that you can customize your mac n cheese or grilled cheese exactly to your liking. The ONLY negative thing I have to say is that the tater tots could be crispier, but if you come here for the tater tots alone there’s something wrong with you. They have tons of ingredients you can add. They even have vegan options, limited but nonetheless.

Wife had the Cuban grilled cheese (i had a few bites) and I had the Buffalo blue Mac bowl. Excellent flavors! Will come back for sure. Cozy dining atmosphere and friendly service. Prices slightly on the high side, but not worse than anywhere else. Would highly reccomend.

The food was okay, it was over priced for what it was, but it is nice to have a vegan mac n cheese option at a restaurant. The staff is not great, I stood at the counter for 5 minutes to get a lid for the container and the employee looked at me and just ignored me while just standing around. Went another time and left without any food because the employee just ignored us waiting to order.

My partner and I weren't sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised! They have a clearly marked vegan menu section with different Vegan Mac & Cheese and Vegan Grilled Cheese options. We tried the Vegan Mac & Cheese with added veggies and both loved it! We're looking forward to going back and trying some of the other options.

This is a casual restaurant with particularly good ribs, chicken, and sandwiches. The choice of sauces is good. Save room for the fresh pies. The fruit crumble ones are my favorites though other family members enjoy the pecan. The portions are generous.

3/5. Being a 3/5 is not good enough. Theres too many good places to eat for mediocrity. I bought 60$ worth of stuff for my first try. The tots were horribly undercooked. Like whoever fried them is completely clueless. Tried the 22$ lobster mac and cheese. The artificial truffle oil they use is gross and they poured a ton on. Next was the best of both worlds sourdough sandwich. It was actually really good. Great flavor combinations! And the short ribs mmm *chefs kiss*. I will not be getting it on sourdough again or any kind of bread for that matter. A bowl will be fine. Next was the cup of chopped up cookies. Pretty good but 5$ is a bit steep for the quantity. Next was the fried cheesecake bites. Not very good. i dont know if they were old or would be better served hot? Should probably score it worse than a 3/5 but the best of both worlds flavor really was good! Core mac and cheese is very good. Ordered with crispy chicken and there wasn't as much chicken as you'd hope for. Mac and cheese bites were passable. Very fast. If you need something fast and not greasy they are a good choice. Vegan options available.
Vegetarian options: Vegan options available. Plenty of vegetables.
Parking: Strip mall. Plenty of easy parking
Wheelchair accessibility: No curbs or weird obstacles. Room to maneuver. Curb cuts from the parking lot.

It was cozy and I liked the inclusion of 'simulated grass' on the outside. Although care should be taken to clean it from debris. The inside was not too bad. Sparse in a good way, cafeteria style, it was of course not very fast as they have to build your order. The order was right and the payment was easy they use a clover terminal and you chip your card yourself (which is nice in this day and age) I went all in and got the lobster grilled cheese and it was amazing! It left me wondering why don't other eateries have a premium one-off offering? I'd eat there again.. but I'll save up for a bit to splurge on that lobster grilled cheese.

Went there for lunch with my wife and our dog. While we couldn't bring the dog inside, they do have outdoor seating that is dog friendly. The server even brought us a water bowl for our pup. Oh, and the food is pretty awesome as well.
as another reviewer said, the vegan meat was completely uncooked. staff clearly do not have the training they need to prepare the vegan dishes. was also way too expensive for what you get. we tried the melt and the mac and cheeze and did not finish either. I won't be going back, which is a bummer because urbana really needs some new vegan options.
additionally, when I was there, the entire restaurant was filled with a weird looking smoke that was pouring out of the A/C unit. overall a trashy place and the vegan options don't make up for it.

We came here on a weekend. You get to pick and choose what you want in your mac n cheese or grilled cheese. The only thing I wish is the meal could be served hotter, but overall good price and good taste!
