Many many times I used to go there and they had shut the drive thru early for the night like an hour or so before the posted closing time. Very rude and unprofessional to do that. And sometimes they’d say to me through the drive thru like “you have to come inside” and I would say like “I have a disability, it’s hard for me to get out and come in” and they refused to take order through the drive thru…. If you’re going to shut down early as a regular habit, please just make your store close sooner… so that people don’t waste gas driving there for no reason….
Also sometimes I’ve placed online orders at this store and they don’t update the tracking status so when you pull up and ask if order is ready I’ve been snapped at before saying like “NO it’s not ready yet!” And I’m like well if you would update the order tracker like actual good jimmy johns stores do…. Then I would know when order is ready….
Also, MANY times employees in the drive thru at this location have acted like it is a major inconvenience to enter phone number to earn rewards points and I stopped placing any order in person and switched completely to order ahead through the app, just to avoid having to give my phone number at the drive thru, bc of how impatient the staff are here

They have an unwich, I love that they have it as my partner is gluten free and can't have bread. It's awesome they offer that option, and that it's really tasty! For bread eaters the bread is also tasty and the ingredients are fresh.

Tried to order a sandwich with lettuce on half and tomato on the other half. And was very rudely told that they can’t put the veggies on only half a sandwich. I get it all the time and have never had any issues.

How all yal so rude when someone walks in? Callin your customers names? Worse experience but at least 2 of my 3 sandwiches were correct. Right? But at least the only nice worker was the guy who made one sandwiches.

Picked up order and they didn't give us the entire order. Gave us the wrong sandwich had to drive back. Didn't say apologies or anything. Poor customer service, some courtiousness would be nice. Overall unpleasant experience.

Ordered online. Ordered a number of extra things on my which. Received no peppers when I asked for extra, three tiny cucumber slices when I asked for extra, and no pickles when extra were requested.
Walked in the grab the order, four people standing around doing nothing watched me stand there for three minutes before I opened my mouth to ask if they served food.
Probably one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had at a Jimmy Johns.

First time dining at this location. Place is the cleanest establishment I’ve seen in the Jimmy John’s Family. Staff were kind and friendly when taking my order. My sandwich was made promptly and came out within minutes. I really enjoyed my sandwich!!
