Awful customer experience. Do not order delivery. It took almost an hour for my delivery and they did not include my drink. Called and the interaction was rude and a refund on my order was not allowed. Filled out the survey as many are directed to on here and have not heard back after 48 hours as indicated. A cold jj sandwich is not worth all of that lmao like why did i even tip?

Went to order today, Dec 1 at around 5:30pm. I approached the cash register ready to order and was told by Steven “that my order was not being taken right now” so I patiently waited for a couple minutes. When it was time to take my order, I ordered and requested if I could get salt and pepper. Steven rudely replied that they don’t have salt and pepper. I thought I had gotten some at a different location in the past and told him I’ve gotten it before. He IMMEDIATELY started calling me a liar… over salt and pepper. He then proceeded to tell me how he’s worked at Jimmy John’s for 6 years, like I cared. I would expect him to have some decency working for Jimmy John’s that long 😂…

Everyone’s complaining about online delivery but personally I go to eat in store and my experience was great. The location is convenient, the store is clean, the food was great, the staff was kind, the timings are late, and they have great seating. The staff was hard at work even at the late hour, but the store felt cozy and welcoming. Shoutout the janitor, this older white male with black glasses had a look of dedication in his eyes, hope he has a great day

Just saw one of the employees take a leak on the side of building by the parking lot. That's so gross and there's no way to wash your hands after. It's not even 6:30 p.m. what's wrong with this man? Gonna throw out my sandwich.

This location offers curbside pickup but they really aren’t good at it, anytime I’ve ever ordered it curbside I either get completely ignored, missing items, or have to call the store to ask about the order, etc even when using the online check in each time to let them know I’m there. Really needs to be fixed to work systematically if going to offer curbside at your location.

Original: Almost 2 hour delivery time. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful kids as staff. Delivery driver spilled drink and they would not refund. Definitely just lost a frequent customer. Unbelivable. I deleted my account. I did not get what I ordered and they wouldn't fix it, so they stole my money.
Update: They replaced the drink. But the "manager" was disrespectful & unprofessional, so still won't be going here anymore.

I usually order from Jimmy John's when I want something quickly because they usually prepare and deliver orders extremely quickly. However, today I ordered via the app at 7:54pm and it is now 9:04pm and I have yet to receive a sandwich and there has been no change in the delivery status. To make matters worse, I attempted to call twice to see if they could give me a time estimate and they refused to answer the phone. I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again anytime soon due to their sub par service.

I love this Jimmy John’s, they are super duper fast and always have my order ready by the time I finish paying. The employees are really nice and the location is super convenient. My favorite employee is Jaymes, he always makes the BEST sandwich

Apparently reading an online order and following directions for in store staff is a very hard task. Not only did you butcher my order but you tried to "fix it" at the delivery drivers expense. It was so unfortunate my order got pushed here due to lack of delivery drivers. Totally see why people are not doing take away and delivery anymore. Deleted your app, have fun being the worst you can be.Side note:Thank you to my delivery driver as you are apparently the only one capable of reading and following directions. I appreciate you delivering my food when its cold.
