WORST SERVICE EVER. Food was average, kimchi soggy, Squid was overcooked and unseasoned. i asked for tea and got it at the end of the meal, beer ? She told us to get it ourselves. extra bowl of rice?, it never arrived as if it was impossible to charge us for a single bowl of rice. they tended to their larger tables and ignored us. Probably because Im not Korean which is the only customer she cared about. Im not trying to sound like that but she brought things to tables that arrived after us. Walked over to them more often. There are better places who respect their customers. Don’t support places like this. They took photos of us at the end as if we were going to walk out on our bill. They charge you automatic 18% which was supposed to be for all you can eat but you pay for awful service. I travel all over the world. Ive never been treated like this. When we expressed our concerns, they said don’t come back. The only thing i agreed with. Been to better Korean places and the owner should be ashamed. But she isn’t. She’s the one who served us. You’re better served to dine at cleaner places. Dirty bathrooms, dirty everything.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVERR!! The server hardly came to our table to serve us. There were other tables getting more service than us and we got there before hand. Food was alright but we asked for rice and it never came. We also asked for a drink and they never gave it to us. At the end whenever they gave us our check it immediately put a 18% service tax. You never deserved that 18%. I'm guessing it was the owner that served us but they took our picture whenever we left. I don't care if you did but really? She also told us if you dont like it don't come back. I would gladly never come back. You are very rude and disrespectful to people that don't look korean. Listen to your reviews or else one day people will get sick of it and your business will go down.
Again DO NOT go here if you want good service.

Excellent dinner! We had the soft tofu soup, bibimbap, and tteokbokki. The soup was very tasty and the bibimbap was exactly how you want it. I grew up eating LA Korean food.. and this certainly satiates the craving. Not the best I’ve had, but still really good and I will definitely go back.

the food was too salty and the service was horrible. the food was really not worth the price and there was an automatic tip charge. no warning either. also, the woman who was working there said in a very sassy and aloof tone that we took an extra to-go box. however, one of the workers gave us two and we used it to double bag cause the soup was too hot. very rude. would not eat here again.

Amazing Korean food. I lived in Korea town and this was better food.

As a vegetarian, there's tons of options. The staff said they take extra care to cook vegetarian dishes separate from meat dishes, which is very nice.

I was in town for 1 week and I came 4 times because the food was amazing.

The staff is very friendly, and service is very fast.

My husband and I were not impressed. This is not authentic Korean food. I don't think the cooks and waitress were Korean, maybe hispanic so that was a bit confusing. The bulgogi had a ton of fat, there were a lot of pieces I had to spit out because of the fat. The pork was very chewy! The quality of meat wasn't that good. The waitress was friendly. There is an 18% service fee applied to bill, just an FYI

There are better Korean BBQ places in town. I left a review on Jip Bap about its cultural aspects. Sometimes, when you want to eat something authentic, it’s preferable if the staff is familiar with the culture. The restaurant is quite small, so I wouldn’t recommend going with more than four people as there are only like 10 tables. The waitress seemed to have difficulty understanding English, and I think she might have been Hispanic, so my request for a pitcher of water wasn’t understood. The food was just okay. You can tell a lot about Korean food by the quality of the kimchi, and theirs wasn’t impressive. The sushi and the rest of the food were just average.
