Excellent dinner! We had the soft tofu soup, bibimbap, and tteokbokki. The soup was very tasty and the bibimbap was exactly how you want it. I grew up eating LA Korean food.. and this certainly satiates the craving. Not the best I’ve had, but still really good and I will definitely go back.

As a vegetarian, there's tons of options. The staff said they take extra care to cook vegetarian dishes separate from meat dishes, which is very nice.

There are better Korean BBQ places in town. I left a review on Jip Bap about its cultural aspects. Sometimes, when you want to eat something authentic, it’s preferable if the staff is familiar with the culture. The restaurant is quite small, so I wouldn’t recommend going with more than four people as there are only like 10 tables. The waitress seemed to have difficulty understanding English, and I think she might have been Hispanic, so my request for a pitcher of water wasn’t...
