Homeless hangout for wifi and heat dining room smells like crap. This place can't even customize anything on the menu it's like their cooks/assemblers can't read the tickets and finally when you bring up a issue with your order employees just don't care.

I called the restaurant and asked how I would go about ordering 60 breakfast sandwiches they just come in and prepay the day before and we could pick them up at 315 AM!! The staff and the manager were awesome to deal with and I showed up at 315 and my order was ready packed with napkins ketchup salt and pepper

Typical McDonald's. I like the order pickup through the app as it's very convenient when I'm on my way to an appointment over the lunch hour. My fave is the Filet o' Fish. Wasn't too impressed by the new chicken Big Mac, tho.

Today, 8am Sep 12, at the second drive through window, I was told they have started charging for tap water. This is illegal. I will be filing a complaint with the City of Urbana.
