Love McDonald's but I have not seen such a poor service like this one.
On the top of everything they keep their doors to lobby locked. And do not watch whether there's somebody on the door waiting to come in or not. I had to wait 10 minutes by the door until somebody graciously opened it. I don't know how this location sustained by limiting their customers access to the location.
When I made a point to the young gentlemen that is very senseless and inconvenient for customers to wait gentleman how bad is for the business to make the customers waiting by LOCKED front door he arrogantly replied - do you want to watch the kids?. So much for a good customer service.

ordered through the app, but your dining room suddenly closed without notice. When that happens, my order gets canceled and I lose access to the deal I used for about 15 minutes. That leaves me standing outside waiting for no reason — especially since the lobby is closed and the only option is the drive-thru. If a customer doesn’t have a car, we’re basically stuck. This is extremely inconvenient and needs to be addressed.

I love McDonald’s but this place is always close for dinning in. It’s supposed to be open, but all doors are closed. They just want to work with drive through apparently.
The doors are always locked. Any time you try to use the lobby, the doors are locked. If you want to order from here, you HAVE to use the drive-thru.

they always have the doors locked. if you place a counter pickup order and have already paid for it in the app, you're screwed. it happens 75% of the time i try to go here. could be 11am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, doesn't matter. at least have an employee standing at the door to hand people their orders or turn off the counter pickup option on the app if that's how it's going to be. it's unfair to pay for the food and walk all the way there for literally nothing

misleading information if you guys are open at six and I come at 7 AM to the drive-through. I don’t understand why no one answers the drive-through at all and it’s not just a one time thing. It’s a consistent thing if you are not open turn the lights off.

This location has a crooked practice - upcharging me for upgraded coffee that I didn't ask for. ..and skipped the hashbrown w/ my breakfast combo to boot.
The only positive is that they were quick.

I have ordered 20 pcs chicken nuggets on mobile app for curbside pickup. I only got 10 pcs after I opened bag at home. And this is second time they have done the same to me.

They close at 11pm according to google however if you come anytime after 1040pm they will not answer the drive through speaker or be anywhere in sight when looking through drive thru windows ... Maybe close at 10 if your workers don't want to work passed 1030pm...
