I have ordered 20 pcs chicken nuggets on mobile app for curbside pickup. I only got 10 pcs after I opened bag at home. And this is second time they have done the same to me.

They close at 11pm according to google however if you come anytime after 1040pm they will not answer the drive through speaker or be anywhere in sight when looking through drive thru windows ... Maybe close at 10 if your workers don't want to work passed 1030pm...

Loved the food. Went through the drive through to pick up a mobile order- oh my goodness the young lady at the cashier was sooooooo unfriendly, not helpful and quite rude ( like to never get her to answer a simple question) but the young lady at the pick up window was GREAT! She is why I rated a 3 star for Service & atmosphere. I love McDonalds and refuse to let one grumpy cashier ruin my day.

I have gotten food here several times since it is only a few minutes away. And no matter what I order between just a drink, to food for several people. They have done an excellent job every single time. If you are a picky eater and worry about having an order wrong, let me recommend this place because they do it correctly every time. I order a bacon mcdouble with no ketchup, no mustard, no onion, and extra pickle. The big part is I get it no bun which seems to be a lot of other store's problem, but every time I order here they always put it in a box and include utensils.

Both doors were closed even though the place is open (at noon on a weekday). No one answers even though there is plenty of costumers and employees inside.

08/08/2024 and many months prior: Can you PLEASE teach your employees that the egg cheese bagel comes with sauce? I’d prefer not to have to pull back through every time and show you your own menu EVERY time. If you own and operate a business hopefully you also monitor your Google reviews and make changes accordingly.
2/25/2024 to the employee on drive thru window 1 at 8:45am, I ain’t your “honey”. Please ask employees not to call customers by pet names. Just because a female merely exists doesn’t mean she’s there to be called whatever employees please.
Also they didn’t follow special instructions and they put bacon on sandwich when ordered with no bacon. There were barely any customers around and they weren’t busy when this error happened.
Other remarks: their drive thru lane is very narrow and not much room to navigate and people hit their tires on the sides of the curb frequently. Also the yellow poles along drive thru are wobbling in the wind which seems like a safety hazard.
Giving an extra star though because employee at 2nd window was professional and kind. Also giving star because this location has free bathrooms to the public which can come in handy when out driving.
