Person answering tonight seemed pretty upset when we picked up. Wasn’t very pleasant on the phone either. We called back to let them know that the pizza was not crispy at all, it wasn’t even cooked fully let alone crispy, and I specifically asked her twice on the phone please have it crispy. I just wanted to call to let them know, there’s no way we could’ve made it all the way back from Champaign to Urbana to get a replacement & she sat and argued with me saying it...read full review
They normally have great service but not only has my items been missing… When they brought me my pizza they had the nerve to give me a frozen pizza… That’s why I stopped tipping and why I stopped order for awhile… Smh! 8/30/22 5pm
