This Panda Express location has a drive thru. You can order ahead on the app and pick up through the drive thru.

i highly recommend the great free rewards program on Panda Express app but you do need to hand your phone for them to take inside through drive thru window in order to scan your rewards app

Very limited entrées during the last hour of most evenings. Update: I have continued to patronize this establishment since my last review, no longer do they seem to be out of entrees towards the end of their schedules hours. In general, I'm pleased with their service and available picks of entrees. Still great tasting.

Extremely unprofessional manager. Said brocoli does not taste right to me can i change it. Says no it just taste bad to you. 🤣no sorry nothing what a manager oh well. Never eating here. I had barely touched my food and brocoli had some weird smell and texture. Manager said no he just received today. He has no training on how to talk to customers and be polite

Never returning again. Worst service. Had to remove the brocoli and eat lol

A few weeks ago, I went in to get food after work for my partner. I had a reward for a free bigger plate, so I just upgraded the choices and paid the difference in cash. It was around 7-8 PM.

First, the staff didn’t know the difference between a plate and a bigger plate, but that got settled. I then asked for a steak and was told to wait 5-7 minutes. I didn’t mind at first, but after 15+ minutes of watching the cooking staff clean stove knobs instead of preparing food, I got frustrated and decided to leave. Someone who I don't know his position said, "The steak is coming," but I replied that I didn’t care and to keep the money; I wasn’t waiting any longer. They proceed to try to argue with me.

Throughout this, the manager walked back and forth, ignoring the situation. I will never go back.

Pro tip: when a customer wants to leave, let them go. Don’t make it worse by questioning them and don't argue with me about not waiting to wait further. I was polite and waited beyond a reasonable time. I won’t eat one hot dish while the rest goes cold in a box. The management situation needs to be revamped. I don't know what happened as this place is now awful.

I love panda express. Pretty good food. Pretty good service. My go to is the orange chicken. The honey sesame chicken is a pretty good option as well

My husband and daughter came today for a nice lunch in. 1.) they never asked if it was for here or to go and just packaged everything up (forgetting forks and napkins of course) 2.) the cashier asked twice if they wanted drinks and my husband responded “yes medium fountain drinks please” twice. He never received drinks. Assuming he was charged for them he grabbed two cups from the stack of cups by the register (these happened to be water cups he was unaware) the cashier then yelled at him across the restaurant “those are water cups you can’t use those” and he said “oh but you asked me twice if I wanted drinks and I said yes “ and the cashier then said “is it on the receipt?” He said no it’s not but I told you twice. Then the cashier said “excuse me and my attitude but you see it’s busy in here do you want drinks” my husband then very upset and fed up said never mind forget it all and walked out with what he already had. What was supposed to be a calm lunch out turned into a crazy debacle. Thankfully he went to Wendy’s and they gave him drinks and forks for their food. However reading these previous reviews I see my words will fall on deaf ears. This used to be a favorite place of ours and has gone downhill extraordinarily quickly. Disappointing. Unprofessional. Rude. And the food is mediocre at best. Do better.
