Order was supposed to be ready at 6:25. Showed up at 6:30 and they must have gave it away. But they didn’t have it, they remade it that took forever. It looked awful when it was done. I won’t be coming back here. What the hell happened to the middle?

The so called employees don’t care even if we call them , please, employees see people with humor not with worst attitude and I’m giving 1 star because there is no ZERO star.

Stay away if you have other options! The staff provided the wrong item, and when I inquired about it, there was no apology or acknowledgment. I was instructed to return with at least 75% of the incorrect order to receive the correct one. The manager was dismissive and displayed unprofessional behavior.

Food was good but their service was worst, I been here very frequently they always take more time to prepare a single pizza, compare with other store they takes 3x time make one, this frustrates me a lot.

There were 3 ladies in there tonight getting their asses kicked when I showed up to pick up my dinner. You looked exhausted and you were still grinding. I know that grind. I know that struggle. Thanks for being here to feed my family tonight. Yall are the real mvps! That shift will be over soon and you’ll be home to relax. Thanks again for being there for us!

Never again. Waited for our order, (that was placed online with a 10-15 minute pickup wait time), for the total better part of an hour. Went inside only for the manager to say, "oh im about to put it in the oven in 10 minutes". We left and picked up the kids from school and came back only for the same said manger to ask if we'd been helped. And no, the pizzas were still NOT made. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes before we left with what we ordered. It was not busy. There were at least 3 in-store workers. What was the issue beyond incompetence? Never again.
If someone wants to test their patience level then for sure you can visit this store…. Unlimited wait time…..

Wanted to give a shout out to the crew on 11/14/24 around 5pm. Went to pick up, my order was running a bit behind than the time listed, but the staff was very friendly and attentive while still busy at work. The pizza was one of the best I've had and I've been ordering from here for years.

Couple months ago 3 hours for my food. Told I would would get a free pizza because of that nothing. Ordered last week told 55 minutes then after I purchased I was informed a 80 minute wait for delivery. Tryed ordering yesterday never got my food delivered. Was given 20 dollor promo code gone with the purchase yesterday. Manager trys the your being rude tatice so she can hang up on me. It's a sad joke I just hope corporate deals with the management that runs the Florida store.
