I hate to say this would be a good place for a restaurant but I'm kinda disappointed with the way the staff chose to handle their busy situation. As a door dasher and public servant waiting a whole hour for a pick up that was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes to be told oh well it in the oven a second time and going to be another 10 minutes 1 hour after pick up time is a bit frustrating when I stand inside the store and watch the female disassemble already ready orders to get people out the door who just walked in not happy with the fact that this costed me time gas and money while working when the store on springfield don't have this issue while short staffed

Very friendly great pizza. My only issue is the last time I ordered it was delivered from DoorDash. Pay cash only if it's doordash! They take a picture of your address number for proof of delivery and could be on the wrong street and someone else will be eating your food.

I placed an order on February 3rd, 2024 for carryout. I was never greated when I walked in the store. Their was no sense of urgency when making my order. The restaurant was very slow as far as orders coming in. It took an extended amount of time to make a large epic stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage pizza with an 8 piece wing. When I got home I realized I didn't receive pepperoni on my pizza or did I receive the stuffed crust. I paid 31 bucks for my order. When I called back and spoke to the manager I was met with an attitude and hung up on. I used to work at papa johns for 6 years as a assistant manager. First and foremost the restaurant was filthy on the inside and saw employees working there with sandals on. They were playing loud rap music and the women taking my order could barely hear me because the music was so load in the restaurant. I know exactly how it works at papa johns after working there for year's. I can tell you this if that store was to receive an inspection they would fail their inspection. I will be calling corporate to make this right. I will never go back to this store again.

Had one job, make a pizza CORRECTLY! Can’t even do that! I asked for a large half cheese, half pep, and got a bbq with chicken and idk what else is on it. The sticker was for MY order but the WRONG pizza. I call to report it and I was told she will “cancel” it. But wouldn’t get a refund unless I called my bank… Never apologized, etc…

Order was good and hot, even after we got home. Don't have delivery done anymore to save money

I got take out; I tried the new oreo bread ball things. And the chicken parm bread ball things. Both were good, I'd get them again with some personalisation.
