Great food! Not as good as grandma's homemade alfredo but it is the best I've found in the area. I had the shrimp and seafood alfredo and it was better than most restaurants. The one flaw was the octopus was alittle over done, but for coming our of a truck this was great. I also brought some home to my family and after a 15min drive it was still warm and tasted great.

I had Inferno pasta and beef&bacon lasagne. The portion was large and it was very delicious. The bread that came with it was also very delicious. I think I will eat it often when I feel like pasta.

Love the turkey club sandwich!! They were also so friendly and accommodating when I explained my food allergy.
Love this place . The owner is really nice and the food is great. My fiance loves shrimp alfredo fettuccine, would also recommend the lasagna, you get a huge slice and it tastes amazing. They're always parked on university avenue.

I ordered the Chicken Alfredo at 4:00 PM on a Thursday. It was my first meal of the day, so I was super hungry. I was a bit shocked to see that the meal was $15. I was hungry and curious so I bought it anyways.The first thing I tried was the garlic bread. It wasn’t bad, it was nice and warm. However, it was more buttery than garlic-y so I was let down in that regard… the bread was well toasted so I give it a 3/5.When it came to the actual pasta, it just had absolutely nothing going for it. The flavor was bland, the sauce was thin, the noodles were too soft, and the chicken was rubbery. The chicken just tasted really cheap. If I had to guess, it was just pre-cooked, frozen, Tyson chicken. It didn’t even taste real to be honest. I could talk further about the pasta’s lack of flavor, but I ate the whole thing so I guess I should refrain. Overall I’d give it a 2/5, at least it was warm.**EDIT: the more I think about it, the best way to describe the pasta is - it was completely one-dimensional

i got the inferno pasta and the total was under $17 and it took about ten minutes. This was genuinely one of the best pastas i ever had. I feel reborn after eating this. It was so good i had to save it for later just so i can taste it again. It’s spicy, but not too spicy, smokey and very creamy. I would definitely recommend this plate and i will be coming back ?????

First time trying this food truck and was impressed. Reccomend the inferno pasta. I had it with the chicken and it had a touch of heat but not arc of the covenant face melt. Portion size was huge; pictures don't do the serving size justice. Four stars as expect to spend 15 per person. Will go again.
