Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

Great food for a relatively cheap price, Free pie on Mondays, and great tasting food are all reasons why I love Perkins! Whether you go there in the morning or an hour till close, their waitstaff are impeccable and very personable! My most recent visit my sister's and I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn! He was VERY nice and funny! There was a little bit of a wait in the kitchen as it was pretty close to close but he made it feel like we were there for much shorter! 10/10 We'll be there next Monday!

Food service is a little slow. But food is delicious and staff very couteous.

Parking: Needs more handicapped parking spots and a handicap self-access door.

They need to close this place

If I could give this place a zero I would very unprofessional put people I've called the corporate on these people. Last weekend when I came in whenever the pipes broke and they didn't have no water. I'll order some food my fries are over cooked they cook me some more fries that were fresh but they had season on it. I never asked for season what if I was allergic to it? 😔 I didn't really want to stay anyways because there's a server at night he'd be following out he asked me if I want to go out with him so unprofessional. I told the manager about it they don't care so I called the next day and they said well we'll give you a gift card and plus your money back and never did it. The manager lied and said oh if you don't want seasoning before you have to ask that's not true that's a lie. Your fries does not automatically come the season I didn't want my fry seasoned. They didn't ask me was my mail okay I'm sorry that it went bad for you they just did not care at all about my experience at Perkins but I guarantee you I will not come back ever again. I am so sick and tired of going to restaurants and you're not satisfied they don't care. I guarantee it a corporate offers will be getting a hold of them but I don't need your gift card because I'm not coming back anymore! 😔😔😔 It was a place that I really love going their food was great but now it's went down the toilet and their service is about as bad. I'll go some places that have a lot better food and have better service.

I just left here with my bf. Everything was good until we got up to leave. We gave the waitress our payment in cash and told her to keep the change. We started to walk out the door and we were stopped by the lady at the register. She yelled in front everyone in the restaurant and said that our tab was still open. Not once did she go check the table to see if the payment was there. I said this because there were others that left the money on the table and left. I would like to mention that they were not people of color, maybe that’s why. They were not stopped as they were going out the door to be asked about their payment. After my bf explained to her that he gave the waitress our payment, she did not believe him and claimed she needed check. She then yelled across the restaurant to ask the waitress if she received a payment from us. After she was told that we indeed paid, she gave an insincere apology. It’s sad because the waitress’s service was great.

Look I like this place but I came down for my hotel room to eat before work but it took 45 mins for my meal to come out and once it came out it was wrong now I have to wait for them to make my food another 20min one employee came up to me to offer a piece of pie but that don’t help but I will not be back the service was a waste of my time I now have to rush for work after spending a hour Trying to get food a piece of pie does not excuse the service which means I’m not the only one that goes through this. This will be my last time eating at Perkins. They have very bad customer service and they can tell they’re under staff.

Every employee I interacted with was amazing. My server was kind and attentive even though I was eating alone. I got french toast and it and my sides, bacon and breakfast potatoes, were perfectly made. I would say that was the best french toast I had in years.

This place is so understaffed that you can depend on having horrific service. Ranging from waiting for the server relentlessly to just having your table abandoned. I’ve had wrong orders come out and couldn’t even get a server to come out and correct a whole wrong order. Food is tolerable but it’s not worth dealing with the lack of a proper wait staff. Ownership should stop being so cheap.

The staff was rude and gave us bill 5 min after we got our pie and said “not that I want you to leave”.

Why would she even get the bill then??
