About my favorite Starbucks in the area. Not at all crowded, ever really. No drive thru so shorter wait times. My only complaint is that they are a bit short on seating. Not entirely their fault, but enough to knock off a star. Still, if you can grab a seat, this is a great, typically quieter than it's counterparts place to study.

I am a fan of Starbucks, but the consistency of their drinks differs great from store to store. However, I am regularly far more satisfied with Starbucks than some of the other coffee chains.

The manager is really impolite. She is always vexed, rude for answering any questions. I experienced this multiple times. One of the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks.

This Starbucks is the worst one around campus. I am a frequent customer because I attend class across the street. I was so excited when a Starbucks opened up in this location but it has continued to be disappointing. There are managers there that are constantly yelling at employees and it makes it really awkward as a customer. There seems to be a lot of tension and miscommunication. Also, on multiple occasions if they don't have something, they don't try to correct it.. they just serve it anyway. For example today, there wasn't the topping for a frappuccino, and I heard the manager say, "we need the topping!".. but she didn't get it fast enough and just served the drink incomplete. This has also happened on other occasions. They also don't seem to get trained well and don't know the menu or drink ingredients. My drink has been wrong and the one time out of many when I corrected it, a barista rolled their eyes at me. When you are spending 5-6 dollars on a drink, it should be as you ordered. Management has terrible customer service and it reflects on your employees and store!
