Whoever the manager is does a great job teaching their employees how to make the drinks correctly. I only come here if I want coffee from Starbucks because they are the only place in town that actually makes your drink the way it is supposed to taste. Love it here!

About my favorite Starbucks in the area. Not at all crowded, ever really. No drive thru so shorter wait times. My only complaint is that they are a bit short on seating. Not entirely their fault, but enough to knock off a star. Still, if you can grab a seat, this is a great, typically quieter than it's counterparts place to study.

Today this establishment had a real opportunity to get a new regular due to the fact that the koolest of the kool kids walked in despite the fact that she loves Dunkin and the whole experience was just wrong not only did it feel as if she turned her back on the one she loved but y'all didn't even come close to spelling her name right (Alia insisted of Aliyah) thats just salt in the already fatal wound so if you think the kool kids will allow such not wellness then y'all have another thing coming hopefully y'all can improve so we can try again until then this and all other Starbucks locations are canceled by the Kool Kids order effective immediately.

The manager is really impolite. She is always vexed, rude for answering any questions. I experienced this multiple times. One of the worst experience I've ever had at Starbucks.

This Starbucks is the worst one around campus. I am a frequent customer because I attend class across the street. I was so excited when a Starbucks opened up in this location but it has continued to be disappointing. There are managers there that are constantly yelling at employees and it makes it really awkward as a customer. There seems to be a lot of tension and miscommunication. Also, on multiple occasions if they don't have something, they don't try to correct it.. they just serve it anyway. For example today, there wasn't the topping for a frappuccino, and I heard the manager say, "we need the topping!".. but she didn't get it fast enough and just served the drink incomplete. This has also happened on other occasions. They also don't seem to get trained well and don't know the menu or drink ingredients. My drink has been wrong and the one time out of many when I corrected it, a barista rolled their eyes at me. When you are spending 5-6 dollars on a drink, it should be as you ordered. Management has terrible customer service and it reflects on your employees and store!
