We waited 30 minutes inside for 2 drinks while every car in the drive thru line was taken care of. People that came in behind us that ordered at the register received their drinks before we did. No one made eye contact no one apologized nothing! My drink was Iced Chai with almond milk but it was actually iced almond milk. Terrible!

The food wasn’t bad however I saw a rat and when addressing a worker about it she told me to fall off the face of the earth??? whatever that means but then she told me that i was “doing too much”?

Worst Starbucks on campus. I’ve tried getting coffee here countless times and they never fail to disappoint. I recommend Sidney Lu Starbucks followed by Illini Union Bookstore Starbucks. Those two are significantly better. The coffee here is always watered down and just outright disgusting. They even managed to screw up an iced chai, the easiest drink to make.

Why do we have to beg for a refill and it is always a problem here? As starbucks rewards members we are eligible to receive brewed coffee, cold brew, hot and cold teas (without lemonade or additional flavoring) regardless of our original bevarage. Why do we have to put up with this behavior?

This is usually my favorite Starbucks on campus. I love the energy of the workers here but sometimes it seems a little down lately. I noticed one of the employees, Addison, talking really rudely to his co workers and it seemed to really bring morale down. I really miss the upbeat environment that this Starbucks usually has!
