My husband ordered us lunch. My garlic burger was missing everything. I ordered all the normal toppings with lettuce onion pickle and tomato. I opened my burger and found nothing but the bun and patties.

Its name needs changed. This is NOT a steak n shake. Its just a disappointment. No dishes, no waitress, no patty melt or turkey melt anymore...just a great big let down. Whoever bought it has destroyed it. Change its name now because this is NOT steak n shake

The strawberry shake was great delicious I would say. The burger and fries i cared less for But were ok. We bought a toddler and it was pretty kid Friendly, with a kids menu and some drawing. So i would definitly come here again If i would drink a milkshake.
