If the chick who claims to be the store manager actually is, I wouldn't be surprised if they close. This location used to be great. Now the service is a joke. Food quality has dropped. Their oil for their fryers is significantly overdue for a cleaning and everything fried tasted like it. Waste of money and time.

I went to this location last night I handed the girl my debit card she swiped it twice bc I got charged twice and then she said it wasn't working and asked if I had cash becarful she did not have a clue what she was doing will not go back!!

Well this place has gone down hill, 2 people running the entire restaurant. They used to have staff and waitresses. Now it's a grab and go only. You can sit down and eat but the menu is half what it used to be. Place used to be open 24 hours and have breakfast on real plates. Now it's all disposable and food was terrible. We had onion rings undercooked and the 5$ shake was as much as the five dollar paper thin burger. Don't waste your money here, they keep changing everything that made this place great at one time and now it's just overpriced rancid greasy heart attacks waiting to kill you. Take care of yourself and avoid this garbage. They are on the verge of being another failed corporate corpse to go bankrupt. You can do better!

Food is excellent, but they are severely understaffed. Some days they lock the lobby and it's almost impossible to pick up your online orders despite the "dining room open" sign being out front, and no other options on the app for pick up except for going inside.Parking: Parking lot is crumbling and narrow and a little hard to navigate
By far the best steak and shake the burger is always hot the veggies are always cold and put them together and it's amazing fries are never gross and old everybody's always friendly. Best steak and shake

This location has done away with wait help and gone to kiosks. This keeps everyone standing reading menu selections. Very aggravating to me and seems to slow ordering during busy times.
